As I was planning my trip to Gunsan (군산) with a friend,

the most anticipated stay was undoubtedly Gunsan Mansion Bridge (맨션브릿지) Hotel!

Gunsan Mansion Bridge was created by a couple who bought a motel instead of a newlywed home,

and I was absolutely captivated by their story of transforming it into a charming, atmospheric hotel.

It was the very first accommodation I booked for my Gunsan trip.

It’s a place I've had my eye on since the owners first opened its doors.

How to Get to Gunsan Mansion Bridge & Parking

Gunsan Mansion Bridge Hotel

is located right in front of Gunsan Express Bus Terminal (군산 고속버스터미널) and Intercity Bus Terminal (시외버스터미널),

making it a superb location for travelers relying on public transport!

Gunsan Railroad Village (군산 철길마을) and Lee Sung Dang (이성당) bakery are also nearby,

and you can easily reach major Gunsan tourist attractions like the Modern History Museum (근대역사박물관) and Eunpa Lake Park (은파호수공원) by car.

Each room also has its own dedicated parking space,

which is a huge plus for those visiting by car, as you don't have to worry about parking.

Next to the check-in desk, there was also a kiosk where you could purchase wine and snacks.

And don't worry, there's also a convenience store located nearby!

Sweet Twin Room Information

After checking in and entering the room,

the first things I saw were the massage chair and beds,

ready to help melt away travel fatigue.

The beds in the Sweet Twin Room

consist of one king bed and one single bed,

and I hear they're all Simmons beds!

The room was also equipped with a Marshall speaker, an LP player, a Nespresso coffee machine,

an air purifier, a private steam sauna, and more!

As soon as we finished looking around, my travel companion changed into pajamas and sat in the massage chair.

I lay on the bed while they enjoyed a refreshing massage, and it was so wonderful to just chat away!

The unique feature of the bathroom at Gunsan Mansion Bridge (군산 맨션브릿지) is

that all rooms are equipped with a steam sauna.

They say it's the same sauna installed at Banyan Tree Hotel.

After checking in, I wondered where the sauna was,

but it turns out you can use the sauna by adjusting the temperature in the shower booth, as shown below!

It was amazing how quickly it heated up and became a sauna.

With an LG Styler also provided,

you can keep your clothes fresh and dry!

You can freely use the cafeteria,

so I think individual travelers can use it without any burden.

We went to eat the breakfast set at Lee Sung Dang (이성당) instead,

so we didn't use it, but they have a Hangang Ramyeon machine,

and a good variety of toast, cereal, eggs, cheese, etc.,

so I definitely want to try it next time I visit.

Gunsan Mansion Bridge Overall Review

Honestly, in Gunsan (군산), where accommodation options aren't always diverse,

I think this is the most unique place you can find.

You can generally stay for around ₩100,000 (~$74) to ₩120,000 (~$89),

so you can enjoy a stylish and atmospheric stay at a great value.

I highly recommend it as a place to stay for your Gunsan trip.
