it's a true paradise for chocolate lovers.

Sculpted by Nature's Waves

Neungpadae

One of Goseong's most surreal landscapes is Neungpadae.

The coastal erosion here has carved honeycomb-like structures into the rocks,

creating a dramatic contrast against the crashing waves.

Pop culture fans might recognize this spot—it was featured in a BTS album photoshoot,

alongside the famous Gangneung bus stop and Samcheok's Maengbang Beach.

Peering through the natural rock windows to see the deep blue sea

is an unforgettable sight.

Tucked away in a quiet fishing village, it's not a typical swimming beach,

but you'll occasionally spot adventurous travelers snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters.

While most beaches offer either endless sand or mudflats,

Ayajin Beach features low-lying, flat rock beds

In the winter, watching locals harvest black seaweed from these rocks

is a fascinating cultural sight.

But in the summer, Ayajin truly comes alive as a family-friendly swimming haven.

Alpine Serenity in Goseong

While Goseong is famous for its coast, heading inland
