Being just a 4-minute walk from Tenjin Station,

it fits perfectly into any shopping itinerary.

The building itself is literally named "Full Full,"

and the queue outside makes it incredibly easy to spot.

The interior is cozy, warm, and charmingly compact.

While most visitors grab their pastries to go,

there are a few small dine-in tables if you want to eat immediately.

There is also a clean, convenient restroom inside the shop.

Honestly, it smelled so incredibly good that I devoured it instantly...

I completely forgot to take a photo of the actual bread!

The crust is wonderfully crispy and crackly, while the crumb inside remains incredibly soft and chewy.

The generous spread of mentaiko butter on the inside is rich, savory, and perfectly salty.

Pro tip: Eat it while it is hot! That is when the texture and flavor peak.

As it cools down, the saltiness can become a bit intense, so enjoy it immediately!
