As someone who travels to Fukuoka often,

I'm excited to share my top 3 recommendations for spacious, well-located, and budget-friendly hotels!

Fukuoka Accommodation Booking Hacks

If you're planning to book a hotel in Fukuoka, pay close attention!

If it's your first time in Fukuoka, many people usually book accommodations near Hakata Station,

but I actually recommend staying at hotels located near Tenjin Station or

Tenjin-Minami Station when you're making your reservation.

The reason is that Tenjin Station and Tenjin-Minami Station areas have a higher concentration of amazing restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots compared to Hakata Station!

So, if you want to make your trip a little more convenient and enjoyable,

aim for Tenjin Station or Tenjin-Minami Station!

1. The OneFive Fukuoka Tenjin

First up is The OneFive Hotel.

It's just a 7-minute walk from Tenjin Station,

making it super convenient for travelers with restaurants, convenience stores, bus stops, and subways

all nearby.

The hotel lobby has luggage lockers, making it easy to store your bags,

and the interior is clean and minimalist, which is why it's a popular choice for a value-for-money hotel.

The bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, a hairdryer, etc.

Plus, you could grab extra towels and disposable amenities from the lobby as needed, which was a nice touch!

There were power outlets right next to the bed, making charging super convenient,

and the desk had enough space for a laptop, so it would be great for business travelers too.

To save you time and money, I've even compared the lowest prices, and Agoda came out on top!

2. Hotel Monte Hermana

My second recommended hotel is Hotel Monte Hermana.

It's just a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station and a very close 8-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station.

What's more, this place is really spacious, quiet, and features double-security at the entrance,

making it highly recommended, especially for female travelers.

The hotel lobby is also really spacious, and they even had staff members who could speak three languages: Korean, English, and Japanese!

The room was genuinely spacious, with large wardrobes and drawers,

ample space between the beds, and each bed itself was quite big,

allowing for plenty of room to relax.

They also provide pajamas, which are incredibly soft and feel great,

so you don't need to pack your own –

you can just slip them on and sleep comfortably.

The bathroom was clean and uncluttered,

and it was fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, and more.

There were also many small shelves, so I could keep my cosmetics and personal items

dry and easily accessible, which was incredibly convenient!!!

The windows could be opened for easy ventilation,

and the spacious room was big enough to lay out two 28-inch suitcases.

If you're specifically looking for a spacious hotel,

I highly recommend Hotel Monte Hermana.

3. Best Western Plus

Finally, one of the best value-for-money hotels I recommend is

the Best Western Plus Hotel.

It's just an 8-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and a 12-minute walk from Tenjin Station,

making it perfectly situated for exploring with easy access to the subway.

This hotel offers room types that can accommodate 3 or 4 people,

so if you're traveling with three people, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like washing machines, vending machines, and toiletries,

and the facilities were excellent.

Finding a triple room can be challenging, but

the Best Western Plus Hotel offers spacious rooms,

clean beds, and an excellent location, making it the optimal accommodation.

I can confidently say it's the perfect choice!

There's ample space and beds for three people to sleep comfortably,

and a sofa and table on the side, perfect for enjoying convenience store snacks and beer after a day of sightseeing.

It's truly one of the hotels I was most satisfied with!!!

Additionally, there was plenty of extra space near the bathroom,

which was great for unpacking suitcases, and a side table and chair made it convenient for using a laptop or getting some work done.

The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and everything else you'd need.

This hotel is very popular and books up quickly,

so if you're planning a trip to Fukuoka,

I recommend booking your stay early!

Here too, Agoda was the cheapest.

Sometimes when triple rooms aren't available on Agoda,

you might find them on Trip.com, so keep that in mind when booking!
