When you travel to Japan,

one of the dishes you absolutely have to try

is, of course, sushi!

On this trip to Fukuoka as well,

I made sure to enjoy some delicious sushi.

The place I'm introducing today is

**Sushisakaba Sasisu**

**Tenjin Inachika Branch**, famous for its **tuna belly sushi and tuna belly rolls**!

The main branch in Won Building had such an enormous wait that

I honestly couldn't even brave the thought of waiting. 😭

So, while we were already in the Tenjin Business Center area,

we decided to visit this branch! (Accessible directly from the underground area).

We waited for about 5 minutes

and were able to enter right away! 🍣

In front of the restaurant, various sushi menus

were displayed with photos,

building anticipation even before stepping inside.

The interior featured a casual atmosphere,

with a mix of bar seating and tables.

The lively chatter of customers dining

made it feel like being in a local Japanese sushi izakaya! 🥰

Especially if you're put off by the long waits at the Hakata Station branch,

I highly recommend the Tenjin Inachika branch as well.

We had a relatively short wait,

which was great because we could get in quickly.

Of course, waiting times can vary

depending on the time of your visit or the day!

🍣 Tuna Belly Sushi and Tuna Belly Rolls are a Must!

Looking at the menu, there was a wide variety of

sushi available.

But out of everything, the dishes I absolutely have to recommend are

the fatty tuna belly sushi and the fatty tuna belly roll!

Since these are such famous dishes at Sushi Sakaba Sasisu,

my expectations were already sky-high, and they definitely delivered!

From the moment I saw their mouth-watering presentation,

they totally captivated my gaze. 😍

Both the fatty tuna belly sushi and the fatty tuna belly roll offered

incredible quality for the price, which was super satisfying!

If you're in Fukuoka and craving exceptional tuna sushi,

you absolutely *must* try these two! 🍣

Beyond those, they also offer a wide array of other delights,

like squid sushi, rich crab miso sushi,

yellowtail sushi, shrimp sushi, and more!

With such a diverse menu, it was incredibly fun to pick and choose from all the different varieties!
