the Tenjin Hotel Oisa that I stayed at
during my recent Fukuoka trip was
truly a place I can confidently recommend
as Fukuoka's best value accommodation.
01. What Makes Tenjin Hotel Oisa a Top Recommendation for Value in Fukuoka?
Tenjin Hotel Oisa is located
just a 5-minute walk from Nakasukawabata Station,
and a 10-minute walk from Tenjin.
Don Quijote Nakasu store: 7-8 minutes walk
Convenience store: 2 minutes walk
Hakata Station: 2 subway stops (approx. 3 minutes)
Fukuoka Airport: 10 minutes
Plus, with several parking lots like Corin Parking
right in front of the accommodation,
it's super convenient to use.
Tenjin and Nakasu are the most visited areas
when traveling in Fukuoka,
and the fact that you can walk to both from this hotel
was its biggest draw for me.
That's why I realized so many people
recommend it as a top value accommodation in Fukuoka.
When you're on a family independent trip with kids,
just reducing your travel routes
significantly cuts down on physical exertion.
From that perspective, Tenjin Hotel Oisa
was definitely appealing.
02. Detailed Review of Tenjin Hotel Oisa's Tsurumi Room
The room I stayed in was
the Tsurumi 1st Floor type.
It's a 44㎡ space, exclusively using the entire first floor.

2 Living room sofa beds
Accommodates up to 8 people
It was a suitable layout for group trips
or large family independent trips.
The perceived space was actually large,
and with the living room and bedrooms separated, it was very comfortable to live in.
Considering its size and location,
it's absolutely perfect as a Fukuoka value accommodation recommendation.
03. What Sets Tenjin Hotel Oisa Apart
100 Yen Sake Dispenser
The sake dispenser installed in the room
is absolutely amazing!
For 100 yen, you can sample small amounts of Japanese sake,
You can truly feel that authentic Japanese travel vibe!
On a rainy night, the ability to enjoy the Japanese ambiance right from your room,
without even needing to step outside,
was a huge advantage.
I truly believe it's these thoughtful details that help Tenjin Hotel Oissa stand out at the top of Fukuoka accommodation searches,
and it's why it gets such high visibility!
04. Free, Unlimited Use of Water Purifier
Most accommodations in Japan require you to
purchase bottled water separately.
Although tap water is generally safe to drink,
I always felt a bit uneasy, so I ended up buying bottled water every time.
Tenjin Hotel Oissa, however, has a water purifier,
which you can use for free and without limit.

Though it's a small detail,
this feature was incredibly satisfying.
05. Fully Equipped Kitchen – You Can Actually Cook!
The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee pot,
as well as all the necessary cooking utensils and tableware.
It's not just a decorative kitchen;
you can actually cook here!
It's great for preparing a simple breakfast,
or for cooking up some convenience store finds.
Even when traveling abroad, our family enjoys Korean breakfast,
so we absolutely loved using it.
Even the free ramen available
was totally satisfying!
For long-term stays or family free-and-easy trips,
being able to cut down on dining out expenses
means you'll find it even more satisfying.
06. Washing Machine & Dryer Fully Equipped
Even though it's a budget-friendly accommodation in Fukuoka,
the bathroom has some surprising facilities!
All the essential bathroom facilities are there.
However, there is no bathtub.
A clean and tidy bathroom.
When I travel, on the last day,
I always make sure to choose accommodation with a washing machine and dryer.
Being able to do laundry during your trip
helps reduce your luggage,
and when you return home after doing laundry on the last day,
you can unpack right away, which is incredibly convenient.
I've often found myself having to buy capsule detergent at Don Quijote because some places don't provide it,
but here, they even have detergent,
which saved me that extra step!
Considering these points, Tenjin Hotel Oissa
truly met my expectations for an ideal stay.
07. Smart Lock Self Check-in
Check-in 16:00~23:00
Check-out 11:00
Here, instead of checking in with staff at the front desk,
you receive the door lock password via an Airbnb message.
You can enter without waiting for staff,
so late arrivals are no problem.
However, 22:00~07:00 is
a quiet hour period, so
please be mindful when using the facilities.

08. Wrapping Up
Tenjin Hotel Oisa is
within walking distance of Tenjin and Nakasu.
The "Durumi" (Crane) room I stayed in is a private unit on the first floor,
and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It enhanced the ambiance with a sake server,
and uniquely for Japan, a water dispenser is available for free.
It's fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer,
and smart check-in added to guest convenience.
When I searched for value-for-money hotels in Fukuoka,
I realized there aren't many accommodations that meet all these criteria.
That's why I'll choose Tenjin Hotel Oisa again
for my next trip to Fukuoka.
Especially if you're planning a relaxed and comfortable family trip,
this is an accommodation you'll be thoroughly satisfied with.
