My Review
As soon as I stepped near the restaurant, I was greeted by the rich, savory aroma of pork broth, similar to a hearty Korean pork soup. Even before lunchtime, the interior was already bustling with locals, and our table was set with delicious side dishes like seasoned bean sprouts, garlic, and other condiments.

And that morning beer? Oh, it was pure bliss! The perfect amount of foam and a refreshing chill – truly the best way to kick off the day!

First up, the star of the show and my top recommendation: the Tonkotsu Ramen! It came with a generous amount of broth, topped with nori (seaweed), green onions, a perfectly cooked egg, and tender slices of pork. The broth, simmered for hours, was incredibly rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. It was a tad salty, but perfectly balanced when paired with a cold beer. The large, succulent pork slices were also a huge plus!

Next, I was lucky enough to snag one of their limited 30-bowl-a-day Chicken Broth Ramens! It arrived with kizami wasabi (shredded wasabi), mushrooms, menma (bamboo shoots), and pork served separately.

The chicken broth was deeply flavorful and rich, making this a universally delicious dish that anyone would enjoy.

This was my first time trying Tsukemen, where the noodles and broth are served separately. I opted for the L size, and let me tell you, the portion was HUGE!

Personally, I found the Tsukemen had a distinct spicy, aromatic flavor that wasn't quite my preference. I enjoyed the Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken Broth Ramen much more. If I go back, I'd definitely stick to those two!
