First, I'm heading to
Miyako Hotel Hakata
to drop off my luggage.
Location
The location is absolutely incredible!
It's super close, just a 1-minute walk
diagonally across the traffic lights from
Hakata Chikushiguchi Station,
and it's directly connected
to Hakata Station's subway!
This hotel was incredibly convenient for getting around,
perfect for families with kids or elderly parents.

Luggage Drop-off
The entrance is truly grand!
I went to the lobby on the 3rd floor,
stated my name,
and dropped off my suitcase.
The hotel had a lovely fragrance,
and the staff were incredibly kind.

With plenty of staff,
check-in and check-out were swift.
When checking out, a Japanese staff member
spoke Korean, which made the process
very comfortable.
Children's amenities are also available for rent.
Honestly,
while it wasn't the cheapest hotel
in Fukuoka,
the biggest reason I chose this hotel was...?
Its location right in front of Hakata Station,
the direct connection between Hakata Station and the hotel,
and the presence of a swimming pool, public bath, and sauna!
Having visited Japan around 20 times,
this is one of the hotels I've stayed at
that truly satisfied me in every aspect:

It was spotless, wonderfully spacious,
and even featured a cozy little sofa,
making everything incredibly convenient!
Having both a sofa and a desk meant it was ideal
for unwinding and enjoying some delicious snacks we brought back!
You'll find elegant tea cups and a kettle perfect for a calming tea moment,
along with Nespresso coffee,
cups, and refreshing green tea!
And get this – an air purifier meant
the room was never dry; it was always fresh and comfortable!
And let's talk amenities!
They've thought of everything – from hair ties and luxurious shower body wash, razors,
toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes,
there was also a hairdryer,
and even mouthwash! You'll be perfectly set.
The cleaning was always impeccable, which truly made a difference.
But my absolute favorite part?
They provided bath bombs – pure bliss!
The bathtub itself was wonderfully spacious and deep,
and with anti-slip handles,
it felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Plus, the water pressure was fantastic!
It was so spacious, complete with chairs and
even a handy small basin, making everything so easy!
You'll find slippers, robes, and even an iron!
No need for a travel adapter for 110V outlets –
I could charge directly with a USB cable!
The view is of other buildings.
It's true that the view isn't amazing,
which is a minor drawback.
However, I spent more time exploring than sleeping,
and the room was clean and spacious, so I was perfectly satisfied.
The view was absolutely fine!
My absolute favorite thing was that everything was translated into Korean,
and I could directly control the lighting and air conditioning
right from the bedside, without needing a remote control.
That was definitely the best part!
