🍽️ A Waited-For Local Hotspot

BomBa Kitchen is incredibly popular with locals as a go-to spot for meals, so you'll often find a wait during peak dining hours.
Our legs were tired from a day of exploring, so we visited late in the evening.

There were 2 teams ahead of us, but we were able to get in within about 20 minutes!
It could be a good idea to register for a spot on the waiting list, explore the area nearby, and then return when you get a notification. 😊
BomBa Kitchen's Diverse Menu!

🍗 My #1 Chicken Nanban from Japan!
The dish I was most looking forward to was
none other than Chicken Nanban!

I was so surprised because the fried batter wasn't greasy at all,
but incredibly light and savory.
It was so light that I actually wondered if they baked it once before frying!
It had such little oily residue,
and the outside was perfectly crispy – truly delicious.

Even my husband declared Bomba Kitchen's Chicken Nanban
his absolute favorite among all the ones he's had in Japan!
Talk about a ringing endorsement! 😋

The fried chicken itself was so incredibly delicious
that we just had to order an extra portion! Haha, no regrets there.
If you're a fan of Chicken Nanban,
make sure to jot this place down!

🍝 Napolitan: Beyond the Basics!
We also decided to try the Napolitan.
It truly delivered on that classic, expected flavor,
making it a delightfully satisfying dish.

And get this – Parmesan cheese and
hot sauce were readily available on the table!
You know it's always extra delicious when you can load it up with as much as you like,
right? 🧀 Don't be shy!

Amp up the savory and spicy notes
to truly customize it to your palate!
🍚 Oyakodon: So Soft, So Delicious!

Another dish we ordered was Oyakodon!
This classic Japanese rice bowl features
tender chicken and soft egg, all served over fluffy rice.

While the seasoning was a tad on the strong side,
it was wonderfully soft and delicious overall.
The portion was just right, making it a perfectly satisfying
and enjoyable meal. 😊
🍅 Tomato Hambagu Steak: Sold Out!
Apparently, Bomba Kitchen's Tomato Hambagu Steak is also
quite a famous dish!
But by the time we visited around 7 PM,
it was already sold out, so I sadly didn't get to try it.

Given how amazing the Chicken Nanban was,
I'm sure the Hambagu Steak would have been equally delicious,
It's such a bummer I couldn't try it! 🥲
If any of you have tried their Tomato Hambagu Steak,
please drop a comment and tell me what I missed out on... ;ㅂ;
I'll absolutely have to make sure I try it on my next visit!
