an Uber can actually be a surprisingly smart and convenient choice.

In this post, I'll share my personal experience

using Uber from Fukuoka Airport to a hotel near Sakurazaka Station.

How to Take an Uber Taxi from Fukuoka Airport

Using Uber from Fukuoka Airport is simpler than you might think.

1. Open the Uber app and enter your destination.

2. Select Vehicle Size, Confirm Estimated Fare, and Request Ride

If you have three or more people or a lot of large suitcases,

be sure to select an XL size. You can check the estimated fare before confirming your request.

3. Follow the airport signs to the designated Ride-Share Pick-up Area

⚠️ Important: Make sure you go to the *reserved taxi/ride-share* stand,

not the regular taxi queue.

Once a driver is assigned, their vehicle number and driver information will appear in the app.

Confirm the number before boarding.

My Real-World Fukuoka Uber Taxi Experience

We were a group of three with several suitcases, so we opted for an XL size car to ensure plenty of space.
