1. From International Terminal to Domestic Terminal Shuttle Bus

After clearing customs at Fukuoka Airport's International Terminal, you'll see "WELCOME TO FUKUOKA" straight ahead.
Since the subway isn't directly connected to the International Terminal, you'll first need to take a shuttle bus to the Domestic Terminal.
First, head right, using Tully's Coffee as your landmark.

Follow the path straight, past GLOBAL WIFI, in the direction of the arrow shown in the picture.

A little further, you'll spot a Lawson convenience store on your left. Head towards the pillar marked in the photo!

Once you reach the pillar, you're almost there! Exit through A2 (follow the arrow in the picture), and you'll find the shuttle bus stop.

After exiting A2, head to Platform 5 to catch the free shuttle bus towards the Domestic Terminal and subway station.
The shuttle bus is completely free, so just hop on without needing a ticket.

From Domestic Terminal to Fukuoka Airport Station

Once you get off the shuttle bus, you'll see the entrance to Fukuoka Airport Station (K13) on your left.
If you're heading straight to the subway, just go downstairs from here!

I decided to pop into the Domestic Terminal first to withdraw some cash from the AEON ATM.

You can also find the subway entrance inside the Domestic Terminal. If you're standing at the AEON ATM, turn around, and you'll see the subway entrance as pictured.
Just follow the "Subway / B2F" signs down to the second basement level.

Once you're on B2F, you'll find ticket machines and the turnstiles.
If you have an IC card like ICOCA or Suica, you can tap it directly at the turnstile without needing to buy a separate ticket.

Beyond the turnstiles, you'll see platforms 1 and 2.
Fukuoka Airport Station is the starting point for the Airport Line, so trains from both Platform 1 and Platform 2 will head towards Hakata and Tenjin.
📌 At Fukuoka Airport Station, don't worry about which platform to choose – just take the first train that arrives!
