Sydney Hotel Recommendation: Four Seasons Harbour View
Accommodation Review
After spending 7 nights at Meriton Suites Hotel, a value-for-money option in Sydney,
we decided to spend our last day at the stunning
Four Seasons Hotel Sydney with its incredible harbour view.
Why, you ask?
Because a single night was already much pricier than I expected, and two nights would have been a bit much!
I cleared one day from our itinerary to stay for just one night,
and it was such a great decision! 👏🏻

If you're on your honeymoon, I'd recommend staying two nights or more!
If you're also considering value for money,
I recommend a combination of several nights at a value-for-money accommodation + one night at the Four Seasons Harbour View
to cap off your trip.
Especially if you want to experience a special stay in Sydney for a day,
this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

Location & Exterior

It definitely felt like the location improved significantly after moving here from Meriton Suites!
With Circular Quay and The Rocks district nearby,
it's a Sydney hotel that's perfect for enjoying both sightseeing and your stay.
It was also great because it was convenient to walk to nearby tourist attractions and restaurants.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, highly recommended as a Sydney hotel,
is a 5-star hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
boasting 34 floors with 531 guest rooms and suites,
where you can enjoy views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House depending on your room type.

You really feel the difference when you're at a luxurious place... (꒰ ⸝⸝ɞ̴̶̷ ·̮ ɞ̴̶̷⸝⸝꒱
There were multiple elevators, they were super fast, and it felt like a whole new world.

Just how good could the view be~?
Stepping inside with high expectations!!!

From the moment I saw the Opera House and Bridge right before my eyes,
it made sense why we splurged over ~$373 for one night.
While the hotel also offers facilities like an outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, and restaurants,
we were too busy ordering room service, admiring the view, and just relaxing! ~🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻
Room Condition

Honestly, the room was... smaller than I expected.
But it was incredibly comfortable and clean.
I initially wondered, 'Why is it so expensive?!' but after staying for a day and through the evening,
my satisfaction was 1000% (totally worth it!).

The bedding was truly fluffy and conducive to a good night's sleep –
it was a dreamy bed! 😴💤

Suddenly feeling great, I dramatically flopped down on the bed, lol!

That sofa right there is pure bliss.
Lying down and gazing at the Opera House,
just sitting by the window and admiring the scenery is pure healing in itself...
(I seriously wanted to take a nap right then.)
Bathroom

The bathroom was incredibly clean too.

It was great to have plenty of towels,
and since it's such a nice hotel, I made sure to use the amenities too! ^^
Amenities

With a bathrobe, hangers, and even an iron, it's so convenient for managing your clothes.

Plenty of Nespresso and capsules too!
(It was the same kind of machine I used to have, very clean.)

Complimentary mineral water and mini-bar service.
Just looking at them makes you feel refreshed, and if you're too lazy to head out, just help yourself!
Must-Try Restaurants Near the Hotel

I can't even tell you how amazing it was that all these incredible restaurants were right next door.
Feeling hungry, we headed to a nearby pork rib hotspot that my husband had found,
and let me tell you, these pork ribs are one of the two best dishes I've ever had, right up there with a steak I enjoyed in Sydney. (Post coming soon!)

And Yoichi... why was it so unbelievably delicious?!
It puts Korean Yoajeong to shame! I was so gutted that we only tried it towards the end of our trip. 😭 Seriously, eat it two or three times! 😭
= With so many places to eat around the hotel,
it was fantastic not having to travel far for meals.
Sydney Harbour View Hotel

After our meal, we headed back to the hotel! (=^ᴥ^=)
Time to truly soak in the view.

Absolutely gorgeous.

It doesn't quite show up in the photos, but in real-time,
the sky color and atmosphere transformed right before our eyes, which was truly fascinating.

Enjoying the refreshing, expansive harbor view during the day, and then, after the sun sets,
being able to admire Sydney's scenery with its completely transformed atmosphere right from our room was truly wonderful.
(It would be even better on a day with absolutely amazing weather! )

My Honest Review (Paid by Me!) ⭐️
When my husband made the reservation, the partial harbor view wasn't quite as impressive as we'd hoped,
so we decided to go all out and chose the full harbor view to truly make the most of our splurge.
(The reservation cost AUD 610 per night at the time!)
During peak season, prices can nearly double,
and there's a significant price difference depending on when you book and the room type,
so make sure to compare room views and rates when you make your reservation!

The slippers weren't thin, cheap ones either,
but thick and plush. ო̤̥

Even the water bottles were hygienically packaged and adorably designed ㅠㅠㅠ
Room Service Dinner

We ordered room service for dinner,
and the atmosphere was absolutely delightful.

Since we booked a harbor view room, we decided to enjoy dinner right here at the hotel!

I was a bit surprised when they brought the entire table from outside,
but it was a really unique experience LOL.
They came in and set everything up beautifully for us.

The pasta and fried rice were both reliably delicious.
We ordered what we actually craved at the moment, rather than just 'Instagrammable' food.
LOL, I highly recommend both dishes!

The snacks also looked unique and tasted great.
True to a 5-star hotel, the snacks were beautifully presented and delicious — a definite plus 👍🏻
