Da Lat has truly taken off in popularity recently, and with that, many new spa shops have emerged. But rewind a bit to prior years, and it wasn't always this way. Back then, only a handful of places like An Spa and Feel Good Spa were well-known. Interestingly, I only discovered Feel Good Spa after it gained significant popularity, having always opted for An Spa before. Sometimes, the best local gems take a while to find their spotlight!
This massage shop is conveniently located right in Da Lat's city center, making it super accessible. Feel Good Spa actually has two branches, but after visiting both, I found the first branch to be superior in terms of location and overall service. While both offer a true local experience, the first branch seems more accustomed to international visitors, offering a more seamless interaction compared to the second, which sometimes gives off a "oh, foreigners are here?" vibe.

The menu here is refreshingly simple. All you need to decide is whether you want a foot massage or a body massage with hot stones, and for how long. True to its local roots, the prices offer excellent value for money. Tipping isn't explicitly included, so if you enjoyed your experience, it's customary to leave a suitable amount for your therapist.
The facilities embody that authentic local vibe. Don't expect a luxurious, high-end spa experience; it's more about rustic charm and raw effectiveness. However, the quality of the massage itself was surprisingly excellent.
Before your massage, you'll change into fresh clothes. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness here – the laundered clothes were individually packaged, a thoughtful touch not always seen in local shops. There's even a clever little stand in the changing area to hold your phone, which is super handy!
The massage area features sofa-style beds, and they are quite close together. There aren't individual curtains for separation, but when I started, the room was empty. A group came in midway through my session, but the therapists spaced us out, so it wasn't an issue at all.
The foot bath is simple, just plain warm water, but you'll also get a refreshing cold towel and a soothing cucumber pack to enjoy during your treatment.
Once your massage is complete, you're offered a relaxing cup of tea. It truly feels like a local shop focused purely on the massage experience, without any unnecessary frills.
Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, which is quite late compared to many other establishments that often close by 10:00 PM. This makes it a great option for an evening unwind after a day of exploring.
The therapists generally apply strong pressure, so if you prefer a deep tissue or firm massage, you'll likely love it here.
Overall, it was a fantastic local massage experience in Da Lat, offering powerful relief and leaving me feeling thoroughly refreshed.

I also visited Branch 2, and the service quality wasn't significantly different from Branch 1. If Branch 1 is too busy, Branch 2 is a perfectly good alternative. However, as I mentioned earlier, Branch 1 does handle international visitors a bit more smoothly.
