My 'Hidden Cafe Hunt' Series!
This time, we're diving into the cafes of Dalat!
I initially wanted to find three perfectly hidden gems,
but one of them turned out to be incredibly famous! LOL.

I first stumbled upon this cafe at night.
I mean, a cafe *here*?
In this alleyway, a yellow "CAFE" light was blinking,
and I just *had* to check it out.
My heart was pounding!
A little bit scary, even?
Why is it tucked away in such a hidden corner? LOL!
Just make it to the end of this path, and you're there!!!!
The moment I stepped out,
all eyes were suddenly on me! LOL.
Every table was full.
I mean, I'm a customer too, why was everyone staring? LOL!
As an introvert (MBTI 'I'), I immediately turned around,
thinking, "I'll come back tomorrow."
So, the next day, I returned to that very spot.
I found my way back perfectly, but...
the vibe was a bit... different? Haha.
For starters, the path there looked completely different.
At night, from the dark surroundings,
only that one spot was lit up,
making me wonder, "What *is* this place?" and eager to explore.
But going in the daytime,
all the random clutter around was visible. LOL.
Totally breaks the vibe! Haha.
That notorious alley from yesterday! LOL.
Pass through this alley, and BAM!
You'll find this quaint little cafe with *this* kind of atmosphere! LOL.
I went at such an idle time that there was laundry hanging...
The atmosphere, though, is definitely better at night........
There are seats inside too,
but I chose to sit outside.
First, I placed my order.
Then, I continued looking around.
Looking at that chair, it seems they made it out of a bathtub! LOL!
And up there, you can see these adorable pinecones!
There are so many charming little details placed around here, haha!
As I was busy admiring the decor,
my ordered drink arrived.
Oh, wait...
What did I even order again?
Judging by its appearance...
it's probably egg coffee!
The jelly on the side was surprisingly delicious too!

This place is already quite famous,
so I'll just cover it briefly.
It's a spacious café with an industrial, container-style vibe, reminiscent of what you might find in Korea.
I knew it was a famous spot,
but it was surprisingly quiet when I visited.
This was probably around lunchtime,
around 12 PM.
I actually came here specifically for lunch!
First, I ordered coffee,
and then some food.
The food was really delicious!
Honestly, I wasn't entirely sure what I was ordering,
I just picked something,
but it tasted even better than expected, so I was super satisfied! haha
I even took a picture of the menu.
Hmm, why isn't there a photo of the food menu...
Perhaps there was a separate food menu, and they might have taken it away.
The space is divided into two sections like this,
It felt a bit like it used to be a different place that was then acquired (though the possibility of that being wrong is very high!).
Let's quickly pop over to the adjacent space,
They also sell coffee beans like these.

100 Roof Bar
My final Da Lat cafe!
Its name is 100 Roof Bar, but...
I call it the Maze Cafe!
It's seriously beyond imagination, LOL!
Da Lat's Crazy House? No need to go there.
Just head here instead.
It's a pub, but the entire building is a maze.
If you rush in carelessly, you might not find your companions, haha!
If you don't believe me, give it a try.
First off, the entrance looks like this.
The building itself is tall and narrow,
So much so that you might easily walk right past it.
From the front, it's all lush and green like this.
First, you pay at the counter,
get your drink, and then enter.
Right away, you have two choices.
Will you go up?
Or will you go down?
Since I went here without any particular research,
and knew nothing about it,
I decided to go up first.
But just to peek at what was downstairs,
I went in alone.
My friend waited in the lobby.
I planned to just take a quick look and come back up,
but the inside was much longer than I expected...
and I couldn't find my way back.
Quite some time passed..
Eventually, I gave up trying to retrace my steps,
and since I'd already come down,
I just decided to head back up, blindly.
So much time had passed that
I thought my friend might have come down looking for me,
so I desperately called out...
but there was no answer.
My heart started to race,
and I practically ran upwards...
When I finally escaped the maze...
I emerged on the 3rd or 4th floor, LOL!
(The starting point was underground; I had gone down to the basement from the 1st-floor lobby.)
I went back down to the lobby and met my friend,
and once my mind settled,
I started to get intrigued by this mysterious maze.
My adventurous spirit was ignited!
Something like this just begs to be conquered!
(Don't think like that... I cautiously recommend against it, haha!)
Since I'd already explored the basement,
I decided to go up and check out each floor one by one.
There are even spaces like this within the maze where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.
(Though I doubt many people actually drink their coffee here... haha!)
This is probably the most "normal" spot.
It's a pretty good spot where you can relax while looking out.
I managed to grab a seat here, but...
...just sitting here like this...
...there were still unexplored, unconquered upper floors waiting!
So, less than 5 minutes later, the adventure began again! Haha.
(If I had to recommend, don't do this again....)
After that, I started wandering through the maze...
Instead, I'd suggest just sitting down and enjoying your coffee...
...or, since it's a rooftop cafe, heading straight to the rooftop to drink it there.
That's what I'd recommend.
I couldn't conquer this place. LOL.
Or maybe go during the day, haha!
Trying to conquer this place at night is a whole different story................
For now, let's put aside the maze exploration photos...
(Most of them are blurry or just plain weird......... haha!)
First, I'm heading to the rooftop.
After climbing up to the 4th floor, perhaps?
If you find the entrance to go even higher, you'll discover a place like this.
Climb even further up from there...
Push through this kind of area and ascend even higher
...and you'll find an open space like this! (It's open to the sky, no ceiling.)
And if you climb even further from there...
...you'll reach a spot with this kind of view.
But this isn't the end, haha!
You can still go higher from here, LOL!
For now, I'll catch my breath and take a short break before heading up again.

Still, true to a rooftop, you can gaze down at the night view.
And the city night view from the opposite side too.
Seriously, when I first entered this building, it seemed incredibly narrow!
How on earth is it this massive inside, haha?

Initially, I thought it would be prettier at night, but...
...if you're thinking of "conquering" it yourself, then going during the day might be a better idea.
(The maze is a bit daunting...)
But even if you go during the day, the atmosphere inside the maze would probably be...
...pretty similar, haha!
What makes this maze daunting isn't that...
...there are scary sculptures or anything like that,
or that the ambiance is intentionally frightening.
The real problem is that you have no idea where you are,
where this path you're taking leads,
where it's taking you,
or what that mysterious place might be, haha!
