Cuisine Cuisine is conveniently located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.
You can reach it in just a 3-minute walk from MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station!
It's located within The Mira Hong Kong hotel, where I stayed for two nights.
The building is also connected to Mira Place and Don Don Donki, making it perfect for some post-meal shopping.

all nearby, it's super easy to plan your travel itinerary around it.

Getting there is simple:
Get off at MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station,
and take Exit B1.
Walk straight along Nathan Road,
then make a right turn,
and you'll spot The Mira Hong Kong building.

You can use the outdoor elevator right next to the building
to go up to the 3rd floor.
Alternatively, you can also use the hotel's internal elevators.

2. Tsim Sha Tsui Dim Sum Menu
Want to truly experience delicious Hong Kong dim sum?
Dim sum shouldn't just be an appetizer; it should be the main event!

Cuisine Cuisine offers an all-you-can-eat dim sum experience
where you can order as much as you like!
Let's feast on dim sum to our heart's content!
Given Hong Kong's generally high prices, this place offers incredible value for money.
If you're someone who can eat a lot, like me, you'll definitely get your money's worth and more!

For lunch, you can choose between the all-you-can-eat order-style buffet
or à la carte.
I opted for the fantastic value of the all-you-can-eat buffet.
Even Tsim Sha Tsui street food dim sum can be surprisingly pricey.
So, if you order items individually, you might easily exceed your budget before you know it.

A Tsim Sha Tsui dim sum restaurant where you can order as much as you want,
without worrying about the cost?
You won't find that just anywhere!
I asked, and the all-you-can-eat selection includes about 75% of Cuisine Cuisine's entire dim sum menu,
so you won't feel like you're missing out, and it's perfect for enjoying a great meal with fantastic value.

I visited during the New Year, so they even had special New Year's menus and decorations!
But I opted for their most popular lunch buffet menu!
If you visit on a special day like that, you might even discover more unique dishes?

Now, let me introduce some of their most iconic and popular dishes!
Har Gow: The Classic Shrimp Dim Sum
These transparent dumplings are generously filled with succulent shrimp.
Every bite offers a delightful bouncy and chewy texture.
The wrapper is wonderfully chewy, making it a universally loved dish!

Cheong Fun: The Silky Rice Noodle Rolls
Inside soft, chewy rice noodle sheets, you'll find fillings like shrimp or pork.
Their long, delicate sheets and the special sauce poured over them are truly exceptional.
Cuisine Cuisine's Cheong Fun, in particular, boasted an incredibly delicious sauce.
It wasn't too salty and offered a truly perfect umami depth.

Siu Mai: The Open-Topped Dumplings
Its signature yellow wrapper and open top are instantly recognizable.
Packed with a savory mix of pork, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms,
these ingredients are finely minced and delicately wrapped in a thin flour skin.
It's an especially beloved dish among Korean diners.

Another great thing is that, besides dim sum, they also offer fried rice and
Dandan noodles!
We happily ordered one of each.

My stomach was already quite full from all the dim sum, but
it was so delicious I couldn't help but devour it!
If I had to choose just one of the two,
I'd definitely recommend the Dandan noodles, with their perfect spicy kick and rich peanut aroma.

Beyond the classic dishes that immediately come to mind when you think of dim sum,
Cuisine Cuisine also had many special, unique dishes.
I'll also introduce my absolute favorite picks, dishes I devoured at least twice!

Oh, and those two appetizer dishes are absolutely delicious too!
Unfortunately, the appetizers weren't part of the unlimited buffet!
However, the staff continuously refilled our sauces, tea, and hot water without us even asking.

3. My Must-Try Hong Kong Dim Sum Favorites!
So, let's take a look at my top picks from Cuisine Cuisine Tsim Sha Tsui Dim Sum!
Steamed Wild Mushroom Dumpling, Black Truffle

Though a vegan dish, this truffle dim sum boasts an incredible depth of flavor.
Its transparent wrapper encases a rich medley of mushrooms and an intoxicating truffle aroma.
Not only is it visually stunning, but the taste is truly superb.
This dim sum is exclusively available at Cuisine Cuisine,
making it an even more special culinary discovery!

I was truly amazed that such a delicious dim sum could be created
without any meat!
Crispy Spring Roll
Take a bite and you'll immediately encounter that satisfying crispy texture,
These are truly exceptional spring rolls.

The filling is generously packed with shrimp and garlic,
a flavor combination that perfectly hits the spot for many Korean palates!
Despite being fried, it wasn't greasy at all; instead, it tasted wonderfully clean and crisp.
The combination of its crispy exterior and succulent, moist interior was absolutely perfect.

It was perfect to enjoy this in between bites of other dim sum.
Crispy Glutinous Rice Dumpling

Get ready for a dim sum delight that's both crispy and delightfully chewy!
Its exterior wrapper offers a hint of sweetness, while inside,
you'll discover a savory filling of chicken, shrimp, and squid.
This dim sum truly hit the spot with its fantastic sweet and savory balance!

That signature glutinous rice chewiness is so addictive, I can't stop thinking about it!
Even now, as I'm crafting this very post, it's the one dish that's calling my name!
I'll definitely be making a return trip to this Tsim Sha Tsui dim sum gem, all thanks to this incredible dish!
4. Why We Love It & Insider Tips
The reasons to adore Cuisine Cuisine are delightfully simple!
As expected from a Hong Kong Michelin-recommended spot, it boasts incredible flavors, a wonderful ambiance, a perfect location, and amazing value.

This means you can trust it to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
As a specialist in dim sum, if you're on the hunt for top-notch Hong Kong dim sum in Tsim Sha Tsui,
this is definitely the place to go, no questions asked!

Stylish and Immaculate Interior
Befitting a restaurant within a 5-star hotel, the interior is both sophisticated and spotless.
The tables are perfectly spaced for comfort and privacy.
Every spot is beautifully arranged.

A staff member kindly took my photo, and the ornate wallpaper made for a stunning backdrop!
Plus, if you've ever visited a local Tsim Sha Tsui dim sum spot, you know they can be quite bustling and noisy, right?
But here, it was wonderfully quiet and elegant, making for a truly relaxing dining experience.
Exceptional Service

As you'd anticipate from a 5-star hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive.
It's an à la carte buffet (order-as-you-go), and they were so prompt in bringing out each dish.
They also swiftly cleared away used dishes,
keeping our table pristine throughout the meal!
We felt truly looked after, which made the entire dining experience incredibly enjoyable.
Fantastic Value

While it's a Michelin-recommended establishment,
considering Hong Kong's prices, it offers incredible value!
If we had ordered this many diverse dishes à la carte elsewhere, the bill would have been significantly higher.
I certainly got my fill, and honestly, I thought it was quite affordable for the experience!
Compared to the luxurious interior and ambiance, just like you see in the video,
the price is surprisingly reasonable.
In fact, when I visited, I noticed many families enjoying meals together.
It's a fantastic spot to treat your parents, so I wholeheartedly recommend it for family outings!
Advance Reservation: A Must-Do!

We initially aimed for a different date, but found it was completely booked solid!
Be sure to reserve your preferred date in advance via phone or email.
Also, unlike some other places, in Hong Kong, the 1 PM dining slot tends to be more popular than 12 PM.
I arrived at 12:15 PM,
and while there were still some seats then, by 1 PM, the place really started buzzing with people!
A Hong Kong Michelin Tsim Sha Tsui Dim Sum Gem That Even Provides Wet Wipes & Tissues!

There's a little heads-up I have for dining at Hong Kong eateries.
It's always a good idea to carry your own wet wipes and tissues.
Most local restaurants simply don't provide them.
They might even charge you for them! 😉
But here, I was pleasantly surprised that they generously provided high-quality wet wipes – a truly thoughtful touch!

It would be a real shame to come to Tsim Sha Tsui and not see the Avenue of Stars, wouldn't it?
After enjoying a satisfying meal at a delicious Tsim Sha Tsui dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong, take a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars to help digest!
It takes about 15 minutes, but the time flies by!
There are also free exhibitions worth seeing near the Avenue of Stars,
