The Chili Pork Dumplings were another first for me, and they absolutely hit the spot! The spicy chili sauce instantly awakens your palate, and they're so addictive you'll find yourself reaching for another one as soon as you finish the first.

The Ginger Beef, featuring the same delicious beef from the foie gras dish, is a personal favorite of mine, so much so that I ordered it as a standalone main course!

The subtle ginger aroma perfectly complements the tender beef. It's a delightful blend of sweet and savory, making it an excellent pairing with plain white rice!

Mushroom Medley

The Mushroom Medley, served in an oyster sauce base with dried mushrooms, boasts an incredible umami depth. Its chewy texture is so satisfying, almost like meat, that I just couldn't stop eating it!

Spinach Dan Dan Noodles

And finally, the Spinach Dan Dan Noodles. This dish features a rich, savory peanut sauce served with healthy spinach noodles, meant to be mixed and enjoyed. If you're a peanut lover, you absolutely have to give this a try!
