Long waits are common!
Definitely use TableLing before you go! Haha.
1. Inside the Restaurant

The restaurant is quite spacious!
It's divided into two sections like this!
As you can see in the photos, there's also a self-service bar!
You can help yourself to dongchimi (radish kimchi), pickled radish wraps, lettuce, garlic, and more.

The tables are well-spaced,
making for a comfortable dining experience.
Just a heads-up, this place gets really busy, so waiting is definitely a must!
The interior features modern decor and was very clean,
bustling with quite a crowd of diners!
There's also a large menu hanging on the wall~
2. Menu and What We Ordered

Looking closely at the menu,
a single serving of dakgalbi (250g) is ~$12!
Makguksu (buckwheat noodles) was also ~$7.
This restaurant uses a QR code ordering system!!
We ordered three servings of dakgalbi
and one makguksu!
Haha.

Once you order, they bring it right to your table,
and they cook it for you!

The basic side dishes included fresh lettuce, and
garlic and a red sauce were provided!
I appreciated the simple and clean selection of banchan.

For three servings, I felt the portion was quite
generous!

Watching it slowly cook to perfection! Haha.

The dakgalbi itself was... well, pretty decent, honestly!
We just enjoyed it as a standard delicious meal!
It didn't quite live up to the 'waiting list hotspot' hype...
But the chicken meat itself was incredibly tender, not a dry piece in sight – that was a real win!
We used TableLing before we went, so we got to eat right away without any waiting!
If we had waited, I honestly think
I would have been quite disappointed... Haha.

This is Makguksu!!
The Makguksu was just okay... I left a lot of it ㅠㅠ
Honestly, I'd say it was a bit bland.
I think I left about half of it... I'd cautiously not recommend this one.

Wow, but the fried rice here was truly legendary delicious!!!
It was just insane;;;;
Seriously, it was among the top 5 fried rice dishes
I've ever hadㅠㅠㅠㅠ Seriously,
you absolutely have to try it...!
This was a must-order menu item!!!!
3. Honest Review

A Dakgalbi restaurant in Gapyeong where table-queuing is a must!
I'd say it's pretty standard!
Still, the fried rice alone was truly the best~
