Discover Busan X the Sky, a must-visit observatory for families! Enjoy breathtaking views, thrilling glass floors, and exclusive tips for tickets and parking in 2026.

Hello, fellow travelers!
I'm Rigo, and I love exploring the world with my child.
Last November, during our Busan trip, my 8-year-old and I visited Busan X the Sky, located in Haeundae LCT.
From the breathtaking Haeundae scenery viewed from the 100th floor to the super-fast elevators and thrilling glass floor, there was a fantastic variety of things to enjoy together.
While our photos were taken during our visit in November 2025, I've updated all operating hours and ticket prices to reflect the latest information as of July 2026.
📌Quick Guide to Busan X the Sky
📍 Address | 30 Dalmaji-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan |
⏰ Operating Hours | Daily 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Last entry 8:30 PM) |
🎫 Admission Fees | Adult ~$20, Child ~$18 |
🚗 Parking | 2 hours free parking for observatory visitors at LCT underground parking lot |
Please note that operating hours can change during peak seasons or special events, so always check the official website before your visit.
Busan X the Sky Parking Tips
You get 2 hours of free parking if you use the building's underground parking lot.
★Important: You must get your parking validated at the 1st-floor information desk.

We wanted to explore the surrounding area at a more relaxed pace, and 2 hours felt a bit tight. So, instead of the LCT underground parking, we opted for the nearby Mipo Public Parking Lot.
It was about a 6-8 minute walk from Mipo Public Parking to X the Sky.
📍 Mipo Public Parking Lot
1778-2 Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Mipo Public Parking Lot Fees
Every 10 minutes | ~$0.20 |
All-day parking | ~$6 |
This was convenient for exploring not just X the Sky, but also the Mipo and Haeundae areas.
If you're only visiting the observatory, the building's underground parking is fine. But if you plan to sightsee nearby, consider comparing it with Mipo Public Parking.
Busan X the Sky Admission & Discount Booking
When we visited, we just searched on Naver and booked our tickets directly. However, as of July 28, 2026, I've re-checked, and there are various platforms where you can purchase tickets, each with different benefits.

If you're only buying admission tickets, MyRealTrip offers the best price.
They also have combo packages that include Blue Line Park or yacht tours, which are great for planning your Busan itinerary.
Personally, I recommend the Coupang package that includes Starbucks.
I'll explain more later, but the Starbucks inside the observatory has an absolutely incredible view! Seriously, it would be a shame to visit and not grab a coffee there~! 😂
If you go up to X the Sky, definitely make time for Starbucks! Highly, highly recommended! 👍
The Experience Begins with the Elevator Ride
After entry, you'll board the Sky Cruise elevator, which quickly whisks you up to the observatory.
The elevator features a captivating media display, making the ascent feel less like a simple ride and more like an immersive experience.

The observatory entrance felt like stepping into a media art exhibition, and both my child and I were absolutely thrilled! Haha.
Activities for Kids

Beyond just admiring the views, the observatory offers various elements for families, including a thrilling glass floor, media exhibits, and fun photo zones.
The glass floor, in particular, which offers a clear view of the ground below, was both dizzying and exciting.
Standing on glass 100 floors up definitely gave me a jolt! Lol.

If you plan to fully take in the views and capture some photos, allow for about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for a relaxed visit.

Exploring the 100th floor and then continuing to the floor below takes a good amount of time.

From the lower floor, we had a fantastic view of Dalmaji-gil Hill.
The building is so incredibly tall that the apartments below looked like tiny LEGO toys! Haha.

Don't forget to grab a coffee at Starbucks inside the observatory!
I took my coffee to go and enjoyed it in a dedicated resting area on one side of the observatory.
The view while sipping coffee there was unforgettable! ^^
Seriously, it was absolutely amazing.
The Starbucks store itself was a bit cramped and crowded, but if you head down the stairs from Starbucks, you'll find a seating area where you can relax – I highly recommend enjoying your drink there!
X the Sky: A Must-Visit for Families in Busan!

Busan X the Sky isn't just about the panoramic views; it's an observatory designed with engaging elements for kids, like the interactive elevator and the thrilling glass floor.
While the admission fee isn't exactly cheap, the ability to see Haeundae Beach and the entire Busan cityscape on a clear day is truly captivating.
If you're looking for family-friendly things to do in Busan or an indoor attraction in Haeundae that isn't dependent on the weather, X the Sky is definitely worth a visit! ^^
>>> Go to Busan Tour Pass 🔗 <<< |
If you plan to explore other Busan attractions besides X the Sky, compare the Busan Tour Pass with individual ticket prices.
Depending on the attractions you want to visit and your itinerary, the Tour Pass might be more economical, so check the included facilities and terms before choosing.
Yes, the LCT underground parking lot offers 2 hours of free parking. However, if you plan to explore nearby attractions, you can use the Mipo Public Parking Lot, which is a 6-8 minute walk away. The Mipo Public Parking Lot charges ~$0 per 10 minutes and ~$6 for a full day.
As of July 28, 2026, you can purchase tickets most affordably on MyRealTrip and Yanolja (NOL) for ~$16 for adults and ~$14 for children. This represents a 20% discount off the regular price.
To comfortably enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore both the 100th floor and the lower floors of the observatory, it is recommended to allocate about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for your visit.
Yes, the Starbucks store itself can be cramped and crowded, so we recommend enjoying your coffee in the resting area located below the stairs leading up to Starbucks. Here, you can relax and enjoy the view.
