Hey there, fellow foodies! It's Jin Saengsu!
I recently embarked on an epic culinary adventure to Busan, and let me tell you, it was a feast for the senses!
Busan truly has an endless array of delicious dishes, making it a delightful challenge to pick where to eat each time I visit.
Today, I'm thrilled to spill the beans on my top Busan restaurant recommendations – places I've personally tried and absolutely adored!
These are the absolute must-visit spots, so get ready to take notes – you won't want to miss these!
✔️ Gijang Haenyeo Village: Fresh Seafood Galore
A Busan food tour wouldn't be complete without a stop at Gijang Haenyeo Village. It's a truly essential experience!
Imagine enjoying a spread of incredibly fresh seafood right by the ocean, paired with a refreshing glass of soju. It's the perfect way to let go of everyday stress!

✔️ Clear and Refreshing Cod Soup (Daegu-tang)
After a lively night out, I headed straight to Sokssi Wonhan Daegu-tang for a much-needed hangover cure.
The broth was incredibly clear and invigorating – I couldn't help but marvel at its deliciousness. And for the perfect pairing, don't forget their moist and fluffy `al-mari` (egg rolls) – it's a match made in heaven!👍🏻

✔️ Ijaemo Pizza: A Sausage and Cheese Extravaganza
Ijaemo Pizza has become so popular that now, when I think of Busan, pizza often comes to mind first!
I ordered the half-sausage, half-cheese pizza, and the cheese was incredibly stretchy, while the dough was wonderfully chewy – truly amazing!
The sausage was even baked right into the crust, which was a delightful surprise.
It immediately became clear why everyone raves about this place and lines up for it.

✔️ A Hearty Bowl of Dwaeji Gukbap (Pork Soup)
And of course, you absolutely cannot visit Busan without trying its most iconic dish‼️
I made sure to stop by Suyeon Choegeo Dwaeji Gukbap Haeundae Branch. The broth was incredibly rich, and it was packed with generous amounts of tender pork. I truly understood why this Busan restaurant is so famous!

✔️ Sajik Baseball Stadium's Dak Jiri (Clear Chicken Stew)
If you're looking for a unique local specialty, you absolutely must try the Dak Jiri (clear chicken stew) at Seungri-ui Tongdak, located near Sajik Baseball Stadium.
It's a clear and deeply flavorful chicken hotpot that's incredibly light and savory – perfect to enjoy with a glass of soju!

✔️ Haemok and Moon Toast for Delightful Snacks
To complete your culinary journey, indulge in Haemok's visually stunning eel rice bowl (Jang-eo Deopbap) and the irresistibly sweet and savory Songjeong Moon Toast – it's truly addictive and makes for a perfect snack!
I highly recommend this ultimate Busan food tour; you absolutely can't go wrong with these choices!
This trip was truly blissful, with three satisfying meals a day. I left feeling utterly content!

At Sokssiwonhan Daegutang, we recommend pairing the clear and refreshing Pollack Roe Soup with "Almari," a moist rolled omelet. This combination is introduced as a perfect match.
