Craft Hans Chicken & Beer Review
After a day of exploring Gijang for my husband and a relaxed time at home for me, we decided to meet up before heading back. Our destination? Craft Hans Haeundae Marine City!
We initially planned dinner in Centum City, but my husband, who was picking me up, caught a whiff of delicious chicken and suddenly had a craving. So, we made a spontaneous detour to Craft Hans.
Craft Hans Haeundae Marine City Basic Info
Address - 102, Haeundae I-Park T2, 38 Marine City 2-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Hours - 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Regular Day Off - Every Monday

You'll find it near Gate 3 of Haeundae I-Park! Its prime location, right by my friend's place and next to the Park Hyatt, makes it ideal for locals or those on a staycation looking to enjoy chicken and beer with a view of the Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
We noticed a significant number of international visitors that evening, perhaps even more than local Korean patrons. While the breeze was a bit strong, prompting us to dine inside, many foreign guests were comfortably enjoying their 'chimaek' (chicken and beer) outdoors, soaking in the bridge views.
Interior & Atmosphere

Even from a table inside, you can catch glimpses of the Gwangandaegyo Bridge, but the window seats are definitely the prime spots for that iconic view!

The space isn't huge, but it wasn't overly loud, which was a pleasant surprise. It had a cool, international pub vibe, making it feel like we'd stepped into a different country.

As the evening progressed, more and more customers arrived, and what was initially a quiet space quickly became packed!
Menu

The menu was extensive, featuring everything from craft draft beers, highballs, bottled beers, and non-alcoholic options, to delicious food like chicken, pizza, sausages, quesadillas, and salads.
A special offer: buy 3 Paulaner draft beers and get 1 free!
Review Event

There was a review event where participating in a Naver receipt review earned you a free can of soda or a side of French fries. We quickly paid and jumped on the offer!
Seriously, don't miss out on the review event – those warm, crispy fries were absolutely delicious!
Our Order Review

The complimentary snack was popcorn, perfect for munching on while we waited.

With so many tempting craft beers, we opted for the 4-beer sampler to try a variety. They recommended drinking them in this order: Pilsner, Weizen, Dark Ale, and then IPA. The IPA, bursting with tropical fruit flavors, was definitely my favorite!

Since my husband was driving, he enjoyed a non-alcoholic beer, and even had a second one later!

For our chicken, we ordered the half-and-half: crispy and soy garlic. It was incredibly crunchy, making it perfect for chimaek! I preferred the crispy, while my husband enjoyed the soy garlic more.

The pieces were quite generous in size, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. At first, I thought the portion might be small, but it was actually very satisfying for two people.

A delightful spread with our beers! We also received onion cream sauce, chili sauce, and pickled radish, which all complemented the chicken wonderfully.

We polished off everything, including the delicious fries we got from the review event!
Final Thoughts

We initially planned to have dinner in Centum City, but thanks to my husband's sudden craving, we ended up at Craft Hans! Its location with Gwangandaegyo Bridge views makes it a fantastic spot for a night out with a beer, especially on a pleasant evening when you can enjoy chimaek outdoors.
Even though we didn't explore many places that day, this experience felt like a true Busan getaway, making it a truly enjoyable day!
