LCT Location

One of the biggest advantages of

Busan LCT Residence is, of course, its location!

Located right in front of Haeundae Beach (해운대 해수욕장),

you can enjoy ocean views from all rooms.

With restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and other

facilities nearby, it's also a great location

for a post-meal stroll with family along Haeundae Beach.

Especially if you're traveling with family, from kids to adults,

the biggest convenience is being able to handle most of your itinerary

right around the accommodation!

on B4 (Basement 4).

A total of 3 rooms booked.

are managed by different operators,

the check-in location may vary by company.

A key thing to know when booking LCT Residence

is the **difference in operators!**

Even though they're located in the same LCT building,

depending on which operator you book through,

the room amenities and services can differ.

The LCT Residence we used, managed by LCT Management (엘시티 메니지먼트),

offers facilities such as a coffee machine, laundry detergent, and a dishwasher,

which are essential for long-term stays or family trips.

Also, since they have the largest number of rooms,

it's relatively easy to find the room type you want.

However, for other operators

(like Y Collection (와이컬렉션) or Newsis (뉴시즈)),

you might find cheaper prices

depending on the dates and room type.

Room Review

We were assigned to the 24th floor,

and the room we stayed in was the Ocean Junior Suite.

The standard occupancy is 4 people,

with a maximum of 6 people allowed, making it

a great accommodation for family trips.

We had 4 adults + 2 children.

The room we stayed in was the most basic type,

but there are also rooms that can accommodate up to 9 people,

so you can choose a room according to your travel group size.

The Ocean Junior Suite is approximately 50 pyeong!

Compared to a typical hotel room,

the space is truly expansive.

The room consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,

a living room, a kitchen, and a utility room,

but what was best of all was

the ocean view from the living room and bedrooms!

You can see the ocean view from any window!!!

The large room has a double bed and a powder room,

a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower stall,

and the small room has one single bed.

The living room bathroom only has a shower stall.

Basic amenities like towels are

neatly prepared.

However, all the amenities for body, shampoo, and conditioner

were provided as bar soap,

so it would be a good idea to bring your own personal items if needed.

The kitchen is also very spacious,

with a rice cooker, induction cooktop, oven range, and refrigerator,

as well as a large dining table

that can seat 6 or more people,

making it perfect for family meals.

The utility room has a washer and dryer,

and even capsule detergent,

making it perfect for families with children and for long-term stays.

By the way, if you order delivery food,

you can pick it up at the 1st floor lobby.

You'll need to go downstairs yourself,

so it's good to keep that in mind!
