Bon Repas Fukuoka Review: Premium Supermarket Guide

Bon Repas

Located in various areas across Fukuoka,

this is the premium supermarket,

Bon Repas!

Hakata Station,

Ropponmatsu,

Yakuin,

Momochi,

and Takamiya,

just to name a few!

We headed to the branch

just 3 minutes away

from Yakuin-odori,

which is incredibly accessible!

While grabbing a quick bite

at a convenience store is always fun,

we wanted to do something a bit different

and explore

a local Japanese supermarket!

The prices are slightly on the higher side,

but the selection is so massive and unique

that we completely lost track of time

just browsing around!

Kaiseki Oden

A cold, jelly-style oden

made with a base

of grated radish!

There's also a huge variety of seafood,

including diverse sashimi bowls and sushi...

They even have unagi (eel)!

The shrimp sushi looks so plump and juicy!

Sashimi, sushi rolls,

and bento boxes!

Buying some of this crab dim sum

and heating it up in the microwave

would make such a cozy meal,

and they even have sweet potato tempura!

Mixed Fruit Pudding

A lovely pink pudding...

It's packed with strawberries, mandarins, and kiwi—

and since it's

not overly sweet but perfectly sweet and tangy,

I enjoyed it at Nishi Park

with a refreshing drink.

It was absolutely delicious!

It's just 258 yen.

As long as they aren't liquids, almost all of these can be taken as a carry-on!

a famous Fukuoka ramen eatery's

Akanoren Setsuchan Ramen set,

while the one with seaweed on top is

the legendary Kurume City ramen,

Taiho Ramen!

Self-checkout is available,

and card payments are fully accepted!

You can discover unique ramen varieties

that you won't easily find

at Don Quijote.

They also have a fantastic selection of sushi, bento boxes, and pastries,

with so many choices available.

With plenty of fresh produce,

fruits, cheeses, wines, and salads,

it's the perfect spot to grab

a quick bite when you're feeling hungry,

and they even offer great clearance discounts late in the evening!

It feels much more premium than your average supermarket,

and the quiet, organized vibe

made the shopping experience so much better.

That was my visit to Bon Repas in Yakuin!
