Hello, fellow adventurers! I'm Hannibal,
your Asia travel explorer, always seeking new destinations and experiences.
Recently, during my two-night trip to Busan,
I spent one night at the Ananti Cove Busan, a place I'd been dreaming of visiting!
Honestly, I first eyed this place for its incredible dinner buffet,
but ended up booking a stay, and it was such a healing experience that I just had to share this review!
Location & Shuttle Bus Information

📍 Ananti at Busan Cove
268-32 Gijanghaean-ro, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, South Korea
Nestled on Busan's eastern coast, Ananti Cove is perfectly situated.
Haeundae Yonggungsa Temple is just a 5-minute drive away.
You'll also find Lotte World and Skyline Luge
a quick 3-minute drive from the resort.
IKEA Dongbusan and the Music Complex are also within
a 5-minute drive, making exploration incredibly convenient!
Songjeong Beach is about 10 minutes away,
while Haeundae and Gwangalli beaches are around a 20-minute drive.

For those traveling from further afield,
Ananti offers a shuttle bus service exclusively for guests,
which has been operating since July 11, 2026.
You can board from Exit 9 at Busan Station,
but remember, advance reservations are required.

Ocean View Room Experience

My room for this stay was an Ocean View King Bed!
The moment I opened the door,
Ananti's signature luxurious interior immediately caught my eye.

The bathroom was quite spacious,
contributing to an overall feeling of relaxation and luxury!
The most satisfying aspect, however, was undoubtedly the view.
The expansive ocean stretched out beautifully from the terrace,
providing a truly calming and healing experience right from the room ❤️

The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a TV,
and a mini-bar. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch.
If I had to mention any minor drawbacks,
there wasn't a bidet, and the bathtub drain was a bit slow.

Also, I was hoping for a higher floor,
so being assigned a relatively lower floor was a slight disappointment!

Due to the terrace's design, parts of the adjacent rooms were visible,
so if privacy is a top concern for you,
it's good to keep this in mind when booking!

Damoin Buffet

I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at Damoin.
Having had such a satisfying experience at Le Blanc previously,
I went in without huge expectations, but it truly exceeded them! 😊
Instead of simply increasing the number of dishes,
they clearly focused on the quality and perfection of each individual item.

The plating was beautiful, and the taste was fantastic. For dinner,
they even served king crab and lobster, so I definitely got my money's worth! 🩵

The sushi selection was also incredibly delicious, and the variety of desserts
allowed for a perfectly satisfying finish to the meal.
Among all the hotel buffets I've experienced so far,
this one stands out as one of the most satisfying!
If you're visiting Ananti Cove,
I highly recommend trying the Damoin buffet at least once!
Waterhouse Swimming Pool
Guests can use the pool from 1:00 PM on check-in day
until 3:00 PM the day after check-out.

Enjoying the infinity pool at Waterhouse while gazing at the ocean
was truly an unbelievable view. 🩵
It was fun exploring the various themed outdoor hot springs, and there's also
an adults-only pool, which is perfect for those seeking a quiet escape!

There are also dining facilities nearby,
making it easy to grab a bite right after swimming and then jump back in.
Do note that due to its popularity, there might be a wait to enter!
Nevertheless, my overall satisfaction with the Waterhouse area was much higher.

After your swim, be sure to visit Mobydick Market.
It was quite enjoyable browsing through the books, stationery, wines, and lifestyle products!
Booking Tips
Regarding the cancellation and refund policy:
You can get a 100% refund if you cancel by 3:00 PM,

Course B features Ahopsan Forest and Jukseong Catholic Church;

Please note that the Executive Lounge will be closed for renovation
from September 4-10, 2026. Keep this in mind when planning your visit!

Overall, while there were a few minor downsides like the lack of a bidet
and some soundproofing concerns, the exceptional satisfaction from the Waterhouse
and Damoin buffet far outweighed these issues.
This is definitely a place I would consider revisiting! :)
