Sentosa, Singapore
Adventure Cove Waterpark Review: Booking & Discount Tips
Right Next to Universal Studios Singapore | Location & How to Get There
| Dolphin & Ray Feeding, Snorkeling with Tropical Fish | Hours, Lockers, What to Bring

If you're traveling to Singapore, here is a highly recommended waterpark
located right next to the aquarium, perfect to visit (especially with kids!).
To be honest, I was sold the moment I heard about the ray-feeding experience
and the chance to snorkel right alongside tropical fish in a waterpark!

On top of that, the lazy river was fantastic, and it was so surprisingly affordable.
In a notoriously expensive city like Singapore, being able to relax at a waterpark without insane crowds or endless lines for rides was a huge plus.
I saw plenty of families, making it a perfect spot to spend a relaxed half-day if you're traveling with little ones.
(But hey, going solo is totally fine too...)
Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark
Location & How to Get There
📍 Adventure Cove Waterpark
14 Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Island, Singapore 098132

Singapore's Adventure Cove Waterpark
is situated right within Resorts World Sentosa,
which also houses the S.E.A. Aquarium and Universal Studios.
Once you get off at Resorts World Station, just walk past the aquarium and keep heading straight to find the waterpark entry.
It's most convenient if you're already staying on Sentosa Island,
but if you're coming from the city center, just take the Sentosa Express
and get off at Resorts World Station.

I only visited the waterpark and rushed through it a bit,
but if you want to fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace, 4 to 6 hours will fly by.
Most visitors seem to combine it with a visit to
Universal Studios or the aquarium on the same day.
Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket - Klook
If you only visit Adventure Cove Waterpark,
you can book it at a discount
for an incredibly reasonable price, in the ~$19 range—which is a steal for Singapore!
You can also book combo tickets that include Universal Studios Singapore and the S.E.A. Aquarium
at a discounted price in the ~$96 range.

Whether you're visiting with kids, or going as a couple or solo traveler
to relax by the wave pool, float down the lazy river, or get a tan—it’s an amazing spot!!!

The park is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
and right outside the exit, you'll spot a ship that looks just like a pirate vessel,
where you can even enjoy a luxurious dinner cruise!

Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket - Klook
When booking with a discount, the Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark
admission ticket (which includes access to the rides inside)
was in the ~$19 range.
To save some cash, booking at a discounted rate through Klook above was much cheaper than buying tickets on-site.
However, special experiences like ray feeding and dolphin encounters must be booked in advance.
(Though it looked like you could book these on-site too, slots are limited and times are fixed, so I highly recommend booking in advance!)

The dolphin and ray experiences inside Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark
run only three times a day: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
Life jackets and tubes are always available around the waterpark for free, so you can just grab them whenever you need.

Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark Facilities & Review
Once you scan your ticket and head inside, you'll find the changing rooms.
You can change into your swimsuit and take a quick shower.
Showers are free to use, but toiletries like shampoo aren't provided.
So, it’s best to bring your own shampoo and body wash.
Also, there are no towels or plastic bags for wet clothes!
Once you're changed and ready to head out,
there are lockers where you can keep your belongings while you play.

There are plenty of lockers available, but they do charge a fee.
The prices differ for small and large lockers:
it's about SGD 10 for a small one and SGD 20 for a large locker.
You can pay by card,
but keep in mind that if you reopen your locker and want to lock it again, you have to pay all over again!!
You can secure it using a passcode.

When you head out, the first thing you'll see is the
Adventure River (lazy river).
The river isn't super deep or fast, so you can easily just walk through it if you want.
I saw quite a few groups of young teenagers hanging out together here.
Floating on a tube is definitely the best way to enjoy it.
If you wait a bit, empty tubes will eventually float down the river toward you.
You can also just float around in a life jacket,
but using a tube is much better for keeping your body temperature up.
You can leave your shoes in the round cubbies nearby before jumping in.
And now, for the main event—
the crown jewel of Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark (?)...
You can snorkel with over 20,000 friendly tropical fish!
If you've always been too terrified to snorkel in the open ocean...
you can do it here without any of the fear!
And surrounded by an unbelievable amount of tropical fish, too...
About 10 to 15 people go in per session, and you just slowly swim one lap around the reef tank to finish.
All the snorkeling gear is provided by the park, so you just need to show up!
Just put on your mask, strap on a life jacket, and slide on in.
But it's actually deeper and wider than I expected;; so if it's your first time, it might be a bit intimidating?
Young kids should definitely do this together with their parents.
You can adjust the snorkel mask straps to fit your face,
but like a dummy, I just threw it on without adjusting it from the previous person,
and felt like my face was getting completely squished.
Plus, I suddenly remembered I’d only gotten forehead fillers two weeks ago, and getting my forehead pressed
made me so paranoid that I couldn't go on. I tapped out halfway through and got out...
It's quite deep and can be scary at first, but once you get going, there are so, so many
gorgeous tropical fish that you completely forget your fear.
These aren't just tiny little fish either—it feels like they literally transported an entire aquarium reef here.
Honestly, looking at this, I thought, "Hey, maybe I don't even need to visit the S.E.A. Aquarium?"
Oh, and one tip: when snorkeling at Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark,
you shouldn't kick your feet too hard!

Along the way, there are spots where you can spray water into the lazy river, and sandy beaches where you can relax and work on your tan.

As you float down the lazy river, you can even look into giant aquarium tanks.
Of course, being a waterpark, there are plenty of awesome water slides too.
(Though since I went alone, and the rides seemed a bit tamer compared to Korea's Caribbean Bay,
I didn't really bother riding them.)
There's just endless stuff to keep you entertained!
And yes, this Singapore waterpark also has a wave pool
where waves crash along to the music. The wave pool isn't massive, but since it wasn't overly crowded, it was perfect.
It was so perfectly relaxing and wonderful...
In fact, because the wave pool is on the smaller side and has a maximum depth of 1.6m,
it felt much safer and more manageable to visit with kids.
Also, the beach chairs right in front of the wave pool are free to use.
But those prime, shaded spots out of the direct sunlight are a little hard to snag, so you either have to go early to claim one...
or keep your eyes peeled to grab one when someone leaves.
Just sitting on a beach chair, listening to music, and watching the waves was sheer
bliss.

The weather was incredibly warm and hot,
which totally made the whole experience perfect!
But since it gets super hot, the ground is sizzling too..! Make sure to float your way around in the lazy river, or wear decent water shoes
when walking around.
And as you float along the lazy river,
you actually pass right through this massive underwater tunnel!
Seriously, there are so many fascinating, ancient-looking fish,
and rays glide right over your head.
Even as an adult, I found it absolutely mind-blowing!!!
It really felt like I had stepped right into the aquarium.
If you're visiting with kids, they will absolutely love this part!
Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark
Ray & Dolphin Feeding Experiences
Times, Booking, Cost, & Reviews
At Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark,
the ray and dolphin feeding/interaction experiences
run three times a day: at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
You can select your preferred time slot when booking, and just make sure to arrive about 20 minutes early for the briefing!
Once you head over to the Ray Bay zone, they give you a quick briefing,
and they even provide safety gloves so you can feed the rays safely.
They gave me water shoes too, though I'm not entirely sure why we needed them!

From a distance, the tips of the rays' fins look a bit like shark fins,
and when it's feeding time, they all swarm over like crazy, which felt a tiny bit intimidating at first.
But honestly? They ended up being so adorable!
The way they nibble and chomp at their food felt just like a hungry puppy.
Where else in the world would you get to pet and feed
rays like this?
Just for the ray experience alone, coming to this Singapore waterpark was completely worth it.

Most of the reviews I saw online for the Adventure Cove Ray Feeding
were written by parents visiting with kids.
But here I was, a solo traveler, doing it all by myself haha... and I loved it!
I had booked the Sunday 3:00 PM slot,
and since I was the only person booked for that time, I got to feed them a whole bucket of fish all by myself!
It was absolutely amazing.
There were so many rays coming at me nonstop that I barely knew who to feed first!
I saw some people doing the dolphin experience on the other side,
and I've gotta admit, I was a little jealous...?
But the dolphin encounter is much more expensive, and honestly, I didn't even know it was an option before I got here!
Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket - Klook
The cost for Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark
is around ~$45, which includes both general admission and the ray feeding experience!
Admission only is about ~$19 for kids, and in the mid-to-high range of ~$22 to ~$24 for adults.

If you want to add on the ray/dolphin experiences, you must book through this second link!!!
When you head out after you're done,
there is an Adventure Cove Waterpark souvenir shop,
but there isn't much to see there. It mostly just sells essentials like swimsuits, towels, and water shoes,
so it feels more like a convenience shop for gear...
But if you walk completely outside and go to the S.E.A. Aquarium (Oceaneerium) gift shop right next door,
you'll find tons of adorable ray, sea turtle, and fish plushies and souvenirs!

Singapore Sentosa Adventure Cove Waterpark
Pro Tip: Nearby Accommodations & Hotels
My ultimate tip for visiting Singapore's Adventure Cove Waterpark is:
4. Honestly, staying at a hotel in Sentosa makes things so much easier.
Since the hotels located on Sentosa Island are practically within walking distance
(though, trust me, you probably don't want to actually walk in the heat...),
it's an absolute lifesaver to get back to your room within 10 minutes,
rather than dragging your exhausted, post-swim body all the way back to downtown Singapore for an hour...
It's a total game-changer!

The ray and dolphin feeding experiences operate three times a day at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. You must arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before the experience begins to listen to the safety briefing.
Lockers are available for a fee: 10 SGD for a small locker and 20 SGD for a large locker. Card payments are accepted, and you must pay again each time you open the locker and store your belongings.
Snorkeling masks and life jackets are provided at the waterpark, so you do not need to bring your own. However, you must follow the rule of not kicking your feet while snorkeling.
If booked online, a ticket including admission and the ray feeding experience costs ~$45. If you purchase only the admission ticket without the experience, it is available for around ~$19.
The shower facilities are free to use, but shampoo, body wash, and towels are not provided. You must bring your own toiletries and towels when you visit.
