Nestled in the heart of Surry Hills' trendy and vibrant neighborhood,
this hotel beautifully combines the charm of a city boutique hotel with modern design.
With plenty of famous trendy cafes and restaurants nearby,
it's why I chose to stay a night in Surry Hills.
It's not super close, being a 10-minute walk (600m) from Museum Station
and a 12-minute walk (700m) from Central Station,
but hotels in Australia tend to be pricey,
so finding accommodation at this price is not easy!

It's a great value-for-money hotel!
Some rooms even have cooking facilities!
I managed to book a night in September for just ~$90, which was an amazing deal!

and five nights at Shangri-La Sydney, located in Circular Quay,
home of the Opera House!
Exterior
The exterior has this clean, sleek feel.
I loved its location in a quiet residential area.
There are many local parks and homes around.
The ground floor of the ADGE Hotel building serves as a bar and also sells coffee.
Interior
There were several staff members at the front desk who gave detailed explanations,
and there was even a chic manager.
The lobby and cafe areas also boast high ceilings,
and with plenty of seating, they were truly great spaces to relax.
Perfect for waiting during check-in
or simply enjoying a leisurely afternoon!
Overall, this hotel really exuded a cool, stylish atmosphere
with a truly hip vibe!
It even won an award!
There are also snacks, fresh-squeezed juices, other beverages, and water available.

Room: Queen Room
The interior is incredibly spacious!
There's no bathtub, but there is a shower.
It was a bit chilly at first, but once I turned on the air conditioning,
it quickly warmed up.
In the King Room with a terrace, you can even enjoy views of lush trees.
The bathroom is also quite clean,
and has a charming, cozy feel to it.
I had a wonderfully restful night!

and Hyde Park is just a 10-minute walk away.
The famous Single O cafe is also close by,
along with delicious pho restaurants, Japanese cuisine, and more!
You'll find 25 cafes and 60 bars,
plus 15 restaurants,
and many other dining options!
You'll always need to press the button for the crosswalk light!
With so many fantastic restaurants,
delicious eateries, and cafes nearby,
it was absolutely
wonderful!
If you're dreaming of leisurely cafe strolls, exploring amazing local eats,
and soaking in that relaxed city atmosphere,
then staying close to Surry Hills (right here!) would be absolutely perfect.
Based on September 4-6, it was ~$116 on Klook and ~$103 on Agoda. The author mentioned booking one night in September for ~$90.
Museum Station is 600m away and takes about 10 minutes on foot. Central Station is 700m away and takes about 12 minutes on foot.
Rooms do not have bathtubs; only showers are available. On the first floor of the hotel building, there is a bar that also sells coffee. The lobby and cafe areas also have high ceilings and ample seating.
Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Around the hotel, there are many diverse eateries and cafes, including 25 cafes, 60 bars, and 15 restaurants.
