is right in front of the Bus No. 83 terminal.
I bet the "83" in 83 Haechi actually comes from this bus route! (Just my wild guess! 😜)
Outside, they have waiting chairs
along with a tablet to queue up.
When I arrived around 5:30 PM, there were still plenty of open seats!
Inside, there's another indoor waiting area
and the walls are covered with celebrity autographs.
The restaurant fits about 10 tables.
Tissues are conveniently placed on the tables.
They use a downdraft hood system so you don't walk out smelling like smoke,
and it keeps your view nice and clear! Double win!
Aprons are hanging on the wall,
but the super attentive staff will grab one for you! 👍🏻

Once you order,
they serve water, cups, wet wipes, small plates, and an array of side dishes.
The banchan (side dishes) line-up:
Seasoned lettuce salad, fresh wrap veggies, white kimchi, pickled garlic leaves (myeonginamul), pickled perilla leaves, garlic, seed jeotgal (salted seafood), fresh wasabi, ssamjang, and... frozen radish salad!!
They serve a unique frozen spicy shredded radish that you won't find anywhere else! 😋
And of course, the ice-cold soju and beer made their entrance!!
When in Busan, you've absolutely got to try Daesun Soju! 🩵

...a restaurant specializing in premium 1+ grade domestic Korean pork!
Along with our ordered meat and grilling cheese,
they served green onion oil (?) and rice cakes.
They grill everything for you, so all you have to do is eat!
They even explain the best flavor combinations.
First, they place the green onion oil on the grill...
While the grill was heating up, the Doenjang Soolbab (soybean paste stew with rice) arrived! 🧡
It looks even more mouthwatering with the reflector lighting, right?!
The staff even scooped it up so I could get the perfect shot! Lol 😂
Packed with tofu, zucchini, mushrooms, green onions, and radish,
this Doenjang Soolbab was so savory and delicious! 😋
It has plenty of rice in it, making it super filling!
Once the grill reaches the perfect temperature,
the staff comes over to lay the meat down...
...and grills it to perfection, cutting it into bite-sized pieces! 😆
Let's try it first with 83 Hatch's signature radish salad! 😋
The combination of icy-cold, crispy radish salad and hot pork belly is absolute perfection! 👍🏻👍🏻

I absolutely love pairing pork belly with fresh wasabi,
so here's a bite with wasabi! 💚
This is the grilling cheese...
But why did the photo of the cheese turn out like this...?? (Focus issues again!)
As you eat, if they notice any of your side dishes running low,
they refill them automatically without you even asking!
Look at this heart-shaped fresh wasabi! 💚
Since we finished our frozen radish salad,
they brought us a refill in a stainless steel bowl so it wouldn't melt quickly! 🥹
Oh my gosh, such sweet, thoughtful service... 🤍
This radish salad is seriously legendary...
It's the ultimate pairing for drinks! 🤣
The restroom is located right inside!

The restaurant does not have its own parking lot. If you are visiting by car, you will need to use nearby parking lots such as Marado Parking Lot, Dongil Private Parking Lot, or Millak Parking Lot.
By subway, it is about a 20-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gwangan Station. If you take the bus, it is located right in front of the terminus for Bus No. 83, making it easy to find.
As a basic side dish, they serve frozen shredded radish kimchi (musaengchae), which is rare to see in regular restaurants. You can enjoy it refreshingly cold with pork belly (samgyeopsal), and when refilled, it is served in a stainless steel bowl so it doesn't melt quickly.
