Breakfast is served at the Sunflower Restaurant,

located on the 4th floor of the Vipol Mui Ne Hotel.

👉Breakfast hours are from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

The venue is moderately sized.

It did get a little crowded during peak times,

but the rush cleared up pretty quickly.

At the live cooking station, you can get freshly cooked eggs, pho,

and Bánh Xèo, which was absolutely delicious.

Since it was freshly made on the spot, it was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

It was so good that I went back for multiple plates!

The menu featured mostly Western and Vietnamese dishes.

There was actually a wider variety than I expected!

With options like bread, salads, fresh fruits, and hot dishes,

it was more than enough for a satisfying breakfast.

This Mapo tofu-style dish

was surprisingly delicious.

Honestly, I didn't book this hotel expecting an amazing breakfast,

but the freshly made Bánh Xèo was fantastic,

and all the other dishes were quite decent too.

For a room rate of around ~$32 a night,

getting a breakfast spread like this is an incredible value.

The swimming pool at Vipol Mui Ne Hotel

is located on the 6th floor.

It’s designed as an infinity pool,

offering a beautiful view of the Mui Ne beach just across the street.

While the pool isn't massive,

it's just the right size to swim and play,

especially since it doesn't get too crowded.

👉 You can get pool towels by asking the staff.

My room was actually right above the pool,

and even at its busiest, there were only about 5 or 6 people there.

Most of the time, it felt super peaceful.

They have a shallow kids' area in one corner

separated by a small barrier,

but since there’s no lifeguard on duty,

parents should definitely keep a close eye on their little ones.

The pool water was very clean and well-maintained,

and the ocean view made the experience so much better.

There isn't much shade around, so it's easy to get sunburned.

Be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen and a sun hat before you head up!

Further inside the pool area, there's a fun play space for kids,

and there's also a pool bar where you can order refreshing drinks and light snacks.

The spa is located on the 5th floor, right below the swimming pool.
