Ubud might seem small, but it's bursting with incredible places to explore. As I was meandering through the town, I stumbled upon this fantastic coconut dessert shop – a true paradise for any coconut lover!

Bali's weather is humid, and after a good amount of walking, I was feeling a bit tired. That's when I spotted the coconut shop, with a clear sign for 'ice cream.' A sweet treat and a cool spot were exactly what I craved, so I followed my instincts straight inside.

Stepping inside, I was greeted by an array of coconut-infused desserts. For someone who adores coconut, this place felt like a dream come true!

Being a specialty coconut shop, the coconut products naturally caught my eye. What truly stood out was the option to have your ice cream served directly in a fresh coconut shell. This unique presentation costs about ~$3 for one scoop.

Beyond the signature coconut ice cream, they also offer mango juice, affogato, and various shakes. I opted for two scoops of coconut ice cream served in a fresh coconut bowl. I took a seat and waited, realizing the ice cream wasn't served instantly. It turns out they cut and prepare the fresh coconut right then and there, which explains the short wait. Talk about dedication to coconuts!

As a huge coconut fan, I absolutely adored this coconut-loaded ice cream! If you're not keen on coconut, you might want to skip this one. It's a coconut bowl, coconut ice cream, coconut chips, and coconut flakes – truly living up to its name!

The ice cream alone would have been a fantastic dessert, but with the added coconut chips, flakes, and even scraping out the fresh coconut meat from the bowl, it was incredibly filling. Knowing this was a unique treat I might only find here in Ubud, Bali, I savored every last bite.

After finishing, I stepped outside to see a vibrant display of fresh coconuts, ready to be transformed into bowls or refreshing coconut juice. It was fascinating to watch them prepare the coconuts on demand for each order – a fun sight to behold!
