Dive into the ultimate all-you-can-eat yakiniku experience at Nikuya Yokocho in Tokyo's vibrant Shibuya. Discover delicious wagyu, incredible side dishes, and essential booking tips for your 2026 trip!
The all-you-can-eat yakiniku spot I visited in Tokyo is **Nikuya Yokocho**, conveniently located near Shibuya Station.
📍 Unlimited Meat Restaurant Nikuya Yokocho HULIC & New UDAGAWA, 8F, 32-7 Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0042 Japan
I was drawn to this place because you can enjoy unlimited Japanese beef and Wagyu, making it a fantastic value for meat lovers.
With generous operating hours until 11 PM, it's the perfect dinner spot after a shopping spree at Don Quijote nearby or soaking in the panoramic views from Shibuya Sky.
Nikuya Yokocho has branches in both Akihabara and Shibuya!
Currently, online reservations are only available for the Akihabara branch.
For the Shibuya branch, you can typically reserve through Google Maps. I highly recommend booking in advance, as this popular spot often has a wait!
Nikuya Yokocho Tokyo Yakiniku Prices
Nikuya Yokocho offers three fantastic all-you-can-eat courses for Tokyo Wagyu yakiniku:
Each course includes basic drinks like soda and a selection of sides. If you're looking to enjoy unlimited alcoholic beverages, there's an additional charge.
I opted for the Domestic Beef All-You-Can-Eat course for my visit.
Side dishes are incredibly easy to order – simply scan a QR code on your table and order as many as you like!
From kimchi to bibimbap, they even have Korean-inspired side dishes! With a whopping 36 different side menu items, there's something for everyone.
And yes, you can order the same side dish multiple times – perfect for when you find a new favorite!
To get more meat refills, you'll receive an order ticket when you select your course upon entry. You'll need this ticket to place your meat orders.
The ticket also conveniently lists the last order time and the end time for your all-you-can-eat session, which usually runs for about 2 hours.
My Nikuya Yokocho All-You-Can-Eat Yakiniku Experience
I visited Nikuya Yokocho on a Friday evening around 9 PM. Since I didn't make a reservation, the place was completely packed!
So, I made a reservation on the spot and headed next door for some quick Don Quijote shopping while we waited.
We ended up being one of the last groups to be seated that night.
As soon as I stepped inside, the sight of beautifully marbled meat immediately caught my eye! Even for an all-you-can-eat spot, the quality looked impressive – a great first impression.
When you order the basic domestic beef course, you'll first receive a platter with an assortment of cuts. Once you've finished these, you can order your preferred cuts for unlimited refills!
Just take your order ticket to the counter, tell them in English which cuts you want and how many, and you're all set!
This initial platter is essentially a sampler. I wasn't quite sure which cut was which until I started grilling and tasting them!
The charcoal grill was easy to control, which made for a fantastic grilling experience! Since beef cooks quickly, we were able to enjoy a rapid-fire feast.
The yakiniku wasn't overly greasy; it was deliciously light and flavorful. While nothing beats premium Korean pork, this Japanese beef was certainly a treat!
At Nikuya Yokocho, the cuts of meat you can order for your all-you-can-eat yakiniku are determined by your chosen course.
The Domestic Beef course includes familiar cuts like ribs and pork belly. (Yes, you read that right, pork belly is often part of yakiniku offerings even with beef courses!)
However, the Wagyu and Kobe courses offer a much wider and more premium selection of cuts than the basic option.
If you're looking to truly savor authentic Japanese Wagyu, I highly recommend upgrading to the Wagyu course.
Due to the late hour and a bit of a budget constraint, I stuck with the basic course. Honestly, I was just thrilled to have unlimited meat!
Must-Try Side Dishes at Nikuya Yokocho Tokyo
For side dishes at Nikuya Yokocho, I absolutely recommend item number 28:
Stone-grilled Beef Garlic Rice (think a sizzling garlic bibimbap!).
This dish is incredibly savory and fragrant, packed with a rich buttery aroma. The staff even come and mix it for you right at your table! It was so good, I ordered it twice.
And don't miss item number 10: the Salt Salad! It pairs wonderfully with the beef and tastes fantastic. The fresh vegetables make it a perfect complement to your meal.
These two side dishes are definite must-orders to enhance your yakiniku experience!
If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat yakiniku experience in Tokyo, I highly recommend Nikuya Yokocho!
It's a fantastic way to enjoy delicious yakiniku at a great value.
