When planning a trip to Tokyo, finding the perfect accommodation often comes down to location, cleanliness, or value for money. But for those who prioritize a spectacular view, especially of the iconic Tokyo Tower, the search can be a bit more challenging!
I recently embarked on my own quest for a Tokyo Tower view hotel, only to find many options fully booked or priced well out of my budget. 📍 Remm Roppongi
7-chōme-14-4 Roppongi, Minato City, Tokyo 106-0032 Japan

One of the biggest advantages of Remm Roppongi is its incredible location. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from Roppongi Station, making it super convenient for exploring Tokyo. They also offer luggage storage in the lobby after check-out, which was a lifesaver for us as we arrived a bit early and couldn't check in right away. We simply stored our bags and headed out to start our adventure!

“Tower View Room”

When booking our room, we specifically requested a high floor, and I highly recommend you do the same, especially given its city center location. The hotel itself has a very quiet ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. While Japanese hotel rooms are generally on the smaller side, we found that with our luggage open, movement was a little tight, but certainly manageable.
Despite the cozy room size, the biggest draw of this hotel is undoubtedly its Tokyo Tower view rooms. The combination of the spectacular view, excellent location, and great price point made our stay incredibly satisfying!

Just look at these Tokyo Tower views, both day and night! After a long day of exploring, returning to our room, turning off the lights, and simply gazing at the dazzling city lights and the illuminated tower was pure bliss. We spent ages just soaking in the incredible nightscape.

Grabbing some late-night snacks from a nearby convenience store and enjoying cold beers while chatting and admiring the view from our room truly made our trip unforgettable. It was the perfect way to end each day.

The Remm Roppongi's location also puts you within easy reach of some fantastic dining and shopping. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, you'll find "Meat Man," a highly acclaimed yakitori spot in Tokyo. It's perfect for a delicious dinner after relaxing at the hotel. (A word to the wise: definitely make a reservation for Meat Man – it's so good, I'd go back in a heartbeat!)

Another must-visit, especially if you're a fan of Jennie from BLACKPINK, is Gonpachi, also within walking distance. And for some late-night retail therapy, Don Quijote is just a short stroll away – perfect for picking up souvenirs and quirky Japanese goods!

From Roppongi, getting to Ginza is a breeze – just a 10-20 minute train ride! We managed to visit Tokyo Mitsukoshi Department Store, explore Ginza's famous shopping streets, and even venture to Tokyo Station. While near Tokyo Station, we discovered an incredible hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice) restaurant for lunch. It was absolutely delicious!

We visited as a walk-in, and the wait wasn't too long at all, which was a pleasant surprise for such a popular dish.

From Remm Roppongi Hotel, we decided to walk to Tokyo Tower. Since we had good energy, we wanted to take our time and enjoy the sights along the way. The walk takes about 20-30 minutes (roughly 1 to 1.5 miles), and if you're up for it, it's a great way to discover various photo spots before reaching the tower itself.

After a good walk and plenty of photos, we took the train back, which only took about 5-7 minutes – a perfect balance of exploration and convenience!

Being just a 2-3 minute walk from Roppongi Station truly makes this hotel's location unbeatable. It was incredibly convenient to drop off our shopping bags at the hotel and then head back out for dinner without feeling exhausted. This prime location definitely helped us save energy and make the most of our Tokyo adventure!

When we visited, rooms were typically in the ~$120s USD range. However, a quick search today (July 24, 2026) shows that you can find rates starting in the low ~$60s USD! If you can apply a discount code, you might even snag an even better deal. So, grab a discount and enjoy your trip!
