So, what exactly is Standard Products?
Standard Products is a lifestyle goods brand created by Japan's Daiso.
They focus on eco-friendly materials
and products made in collaboration with local Japanese industries.
You can consider it a lifestyle general store brand that's a step up from 100-yen shops,
with most items ranging from around 300 to 500 yen.
The value for money is fantastic!
At Standard Products, you'll find:
Japanese-made cutlery and kitchenware,
dishes, storage boxes, and other home goods,
stationery, diffusers, pet supplies, and so much more!
There are truly around 2,000 different products to explore.
What are the most popular items? Recommended picks!

1. Insulated Bag (approx. ~$2-~$3)
This is the hottest item in Korea right now!
It's trending to put snacks like candied sweet potatoes (ice goguma mattang) bought from convenience stores
into these insulated bags to bring home.
The Tokyo Ginza branch I visited had a lot of stock,
but many stores often sell out, so
grab it immediately if you see it!

2. Imabari Hand Towel/Handkerchief (~$2)
These products are made in Imabari,
Japan's largest towel producing region.
They feature a gauze front and pile backing,
and the calm colors make them perfect for a casual gift.

3. Tsubame Lilac Spoons & Cutlery (~$2)
These stainless steel items are crafted in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture.
You'll find "TSUBAME" engraved on the back.
4. Travel Compression Pouch (approx. ~$2-~$3)
This is a must-have item for when your luggage expands after all that shopping!
The 4-piece set (priced at ~$2) offers excellent value,
and there's also a two-compartment version (for ~$3)
perfect for separating clean and worn clothes.
5. Foldable Eco-Bag (~$2)
It folds down to palm size and comes with a carabiner.
With an aluminum lining inside,
it offers some insulation and is great for shopping at supermarkets or convenience stores.
As soon as I entered, there were indeed so many bags!
The designs were prettier and more stylish than I expected,
making me want to buy them all.

The black bag in the middle of the second shelf
is a shopping basket, and I ended up buying one!
I ended up doing a lot more shopping than I anticipated on this trip,
from Don Quijote and Montbell to Standard Products.
With all the souvenirs I ended up buying,
I grabbed a standard black bag,
and it held way more than I expected! I packed everything in there and carried it around.
I was worried it might tear, but it held up perfectly until the day I headed to the airport.
It was incredibly sturdy and didn't show a single rip,
plus, it even had a strap to secure it to my suitcase,
I was so incredibly happy with it!

They also have small, plush-feeling bags,
and the designs are incredibly diverse!

You can even attach straps to the bags and use them in different ways,

It's not in the picture, but their dish sponges are also famous.
Beyond these, there were so many practical household items like sink cleaning brushes, sponges,
