The Square Hotel Ginza
Among all the hotels in Japan,
finding the perfect hotel location in Tokyo can be quite a challenge.
I've stayed in many areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, and Roppongi,
but the location I was most satisfied with was definitely Ginza.
More than anything, since prices can be quite a burden,
it's hard to find a place that offers great value for money *and* a fantastic location.

What's more, I even found a place with a large public bath!
I meticulously searched Google Maps, pinning locations one by one, to find it.
And that place is none other than The Square Hotel Ginza Tokyo!
Ginza boasts fantastic surrounding infrastructure, with shopping, delicious restaurants, and charming cafes all densely packed together.
If you can find a room for around ~$69 to ~$138 per night,
👉 You absolutely *must* book it!

It's still not widely known among Koreans,
with a higher proportion of Western guests when I visited.
Let's go visit before it gets too popular!

1. The Perfect Tokyo Stay! A Location You'll Love
If you're using the Narita Express directly from the airport
or the Skyliner,
you'll get off at Ueno Station, the Skyliner's terminal stop.
→ From there, you can take the Ginza Line and arrive directly!

You can alight at two stations: Ginza Station or Higashi-Ginza Station.
To The Square Hotel Ginza:
Ginza Station: 6-minute walk
Higashi-Ginza Station: 4-minute walk

Tokyo Station is just a 10-minute walk away,
Shibuya is 20 minutes by train, and Shinjuku is 30 minutes.
You can even reach Disneyland in about 37 minutes,
making it easy to plan your itinerary
without getting your travel routes tangled.

When I first visited Tokyo, I stayed in Shinjuku,
and the surrounding noise almost scared me when I went back to the hotel at night.
After that experience, I found Ginza to be quieter and safer,
which is why staying at a Tokyo Ginza hotel always puts my mind at ease.
2. Tokyo Ginza Hotel Price Comparison
Average Price for Tokyo Ginza Hotels:
Starting from ~$138 per night.
As it's a wealthy district, hotel prices here are naturally
quite high.

The Square Hotel Ginza Tokyo, where I stayed,
is around ~$69 per night on weekdays
and in the early ~$138 range on weekends.
Considering its quality, it offers incredible value!
✨ Here's a sweet August tip! ✨
Until August 31st:
Apply the coupon code for a 5% discount on bookings over ~$138.

With a maximum discount of up to ~$17, the discount rate is actually quite substantial.

3. My Personal Review of The Square Ginza Hotel
Check-in 3 PM - Check-out 11 AM
Self-service luggage storage available
👌 Gym, laundry room, and public bath available

Since it was before check-in, I started with luggage storage.
Go to the 2nd floor for self-service luggage storage.
Even my 26-inch suitcase fit in easily!

While storing my luggage, I also took a quick peek at the other facilities.
The gym, laundry room, and public bath are all located on the 2nd floor.
Honestly, for around ~$69 per night in Ginza,
to have a public bath and a gym in a Ginza hotel?
This is truly a rare find, a real gem!

In the 1st-floor lobby, right in front of the elevators,
there's an amenity bar, so you can grab whatever you need, which was really convenient.

The lobby is stylish, and there's a cafe and bar on the 1st floor,
where guests can relax as they come and go.
Welcome drinks are also available!
Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly.

The room I booked was a twin room.
One of the reasons I chose this place was that it was a bit more spacious than other accommodations in Japan.
There's a long sofa stretched out along the wall,
which was perfect for placing luggage rather than sitting.

There was kind of a camping chair, which I found a bit surprising at first,
but it turned out to be incredibly comfortable.

There was also a yukata for each person on the bed,
though it felt a bit uncomfortable to wear as pajamas.
It was perfect for wearing when heading to the public bath, though!

The sink and bathroom were separated, which was great.
I stayed with a close friend, and because of this separation,
it was quite convenient for one person to wash their hands outside while the other was showering.

But what I was most satisfied with was the bathroom itself.
It wasn't one of those pre-fabricated modular bathrooms, but a clean,
ceramic-tiled one – totally my style!

Most importantly, there were no strange odors,
and the water pressure was excellent, which I loved!

Even though the room was a bit small, the space was utilized so well
that I had everything I needed during my two-night stay.
From its location and room condition to its amazing value for money,
I can confidently say
this is definitely a place I'd revisit 100%!

Among the many hotels in Ginza, Tokyo,
The Square Hotel Tokyo truly stands out, boasting a large public bath, a gym, and even self-service luggage storage.
Its location was absolutely fantastic!
If you're gearing up for a trip to Japan,
make sure to take advantage of the 5% Japan accommodation coupon information,
and hopefully, you can book that perfect Tokyo hotel you've been dreaming of!
