Swiss Air Business Class Review: Incheon-Zurich Direct Flight 2026

This time, I arrived in Switzerland using an Economy class seat

on SWISS's direct flight from Incheon to Zurich! ✈️🇨🇭

Since this was a business trip to Switzerland,

the itinerary was a bit different from my usual travels, but Switzerland is always wonderful...

Everything. Was. Just. So. Good 💚

On the return flight, I got to experience SWISS Business Class

for the very first time! 👀✨

I'll share everything from the seats to the in-flight meals and service, based on my direct experience,

and show you the differences between SWISS Economy and Business Class!!

🇨🇭 When do SWISS's Incheon-Zurich direct flights operate?

First off, the most convenient thing about SWISS is being able to travel directly from Incheon to Zurich, Switzerland.

Especially for long-haul flights, being able to go straight to Zurich without a layover

makes it a super appealing option for anyone planning a trip to Switzerland!

And here's something interesting I found out!!

Apparently, SWISS's direct flights between Incheon and Zurich mainly operate

during the summer to autumn seasons.

As many Korean travelers visit Switzerland even in winter, they're working to expand the operating seasons in the future. 🇨🇭❄️

🇨🇭 Experiencing both Economy and Business Class on a brand new aircraft!

Although I flew Economy Class on the way to Switzerland,

since I was visiting Switzerland for a business trip, I got to try

Business Class on the return flight!!

Honestly, it was my first time flying Business Class on a long-haul flight,

so I was a little excited even before boarding. 👀

Most of all, I was curious about everything on this flight – the aircraft and service,

from the seat condition to the in-flight meal menu! I wanted to know it all.

But get this – SWISS actually bought two new aircraft recently, and the fact that both were

allocated to the Incheon route really added to my excitement and anticipation.

So, what would the new SWISS Business Class actually be like?!

First, I decided to enjoy the lounge a bit ღ•͈ᴗ•͈ღ

Ah, the lounge conditions made me realize why everyone flies Business Class!

I was able to fill my stomach thoroughly before boarding!

I made a generous plate, and oh my... it was truly delicious and so relaxing 👀✨

With a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks available, I decided to try the Swiss draft beer first,

and then had a glass of a spirit I hadn't tried before!

This lasagna, in particular, was absolutely delicious! Seriously, everyone, you have to try it at least once!

And there was a chef making pasta right next to us, and if you asked, they'd serve it to you directly.

You could freely enjoy desserts, coffee, and tea, and there was even a study-like room perfect for getting some work done.

Truly a lounge perfectly suited for 'business'!

And there's a terrace-like area where you can directly watch the runway

right within the business lounge! Meals and drinks are available there too!

My ultimate dessert was Swiss ice cream and

the Swiss Air chocolate given out by Swiss Air!! 🍫

💺 SWISS Business Class Seats & Services

I slowly made my way to Gate E56.

SWISS has two entire sections for Business Class, so it seems quite a lot of affluent travelers opt for Business Class!? Even for Business Class, there was a queue to board – wow!

So, after First Class boarded, Business Class boarding began!!

The very first thing that caught my eye upon boarding was, of course, the seats!

For long-haul flights, seat space and comfort are paramount, and as expected from Business Class, I could definitely feel a significant difference in spaciousness compared to Economy Class.

From the seat configuration to personal space, storage, and the monitor,

I'm excited to share the details of what I experienced while actually using them! ღ•͈ᴗ•͈ღ

I also checked how comfortably one could relax during a long flight,

and explored and enjoyed every single benefit available!

01. SWISS Business Class Amenity Kit

Toothbrush, toothpaste, socks, earplugs, and pajama top!

It seems the pajamas are burgundy for women and black for men.

Also, if the cabin feels too dry, you can ask for a lip balm

and they'll bring it to you! Eye masks are also available upon request!

And, of course, when you think of Business Class, you can't forget the in-flight meals!

From meals to drinks and desserts served during the flight,

and even the welcome drink, I'll be sharing my personal review of everything I tasted.

02. SWISS Business Class Welcome Drink + Appetizer (?)

Immediately upon boarding, for the welcome drink,

they offered a choice of three options: SWISS's signature cocktail, champagne, or a non-alcoholic beverage.

They served them so you could easily pick one!

First, they allowed us to choose between nuts or cheese,

and immediately took our orders for accompanying drinks and alcoholic beverages!

Oh, and best of all, they handed out warm towels right after boarding,

which was wonderful for freshening up before enjoying everything!

03. Our First Delightful Dinner Course

You could choose between a salmon tartare or truffle cream mushroom dish,

and they even came around with a basket of three different kinds of bread to choose from!

I paired mine with port wine! ღ•͈ᴗ•͈ღ

The salmon was a little on the salty side, so enjoying it with the bread was absolutely delicious!!

Then they served a mushroom soup, and wow, it was incredibly salty... *cough*

So I added a little water to it. Haha! 👀🍄‍🟫

You can select your main course beforehand using the Swiss International Air Lines app!

They also do a double-check with you onboard to confirm your choice.

I ordered the tenderloin steak (I think it was called that?)!

Besides that, there was a fantastic variety of options like pasta, rice bowls, cod dishes, Swiss veal steak, and more!

There were so many diverse choices!! It was really hard to decide, haha ㅠㅠ

Finally, they served dessert, and it was truly delicious!

That combination of pistachio cream and crumble... wow! 💚

And then, when I was half-asleep and half-awake, they asked, 'Would you like some ice cream?'

I immediately chose coffee flavor over chocolate! It was quite bitter.

I couldn't just go to sleep after all that, so I requested a whiskey, please!

Now, I had heard that Swiss International Air Lines flights to Korea usually have Shin Ramyun available,

so I asked for it. But I was told that ramen isn't usually served in Business Class because it doesn't quite fit the ambiance.

It turned out to be true...!

They said no ramen, but offered a warm Asian-style soup instead,

which I tried, and it was quite good – very comforting!

☕ What Was the In-Flight Service Like with Swiss International Air Lines Cabin Crew?

One thing I was personally really curious about in Business Class

was the service itself! I wondered what the service standards would be like on a foreign airline!

From boarding to meal and drink service, the cabin crew genuinely attended to us with smiles and

kindness. And Swiss International Air Lines truly spoils you with food...

They kept moving around with various baskets, asking, 'Would you like something to eat? More to eat?'

They do this constantly... and it was the same in Economy, too!

So it actually made it harder to sleep (?) because I was so curious about what they'd offer next, haha!

I also truly felt Swiss International Air Lines' unique clean and calm atmosphere. 🇨🇭

🎬 In-Flight Entertainment: Surprisingly Important on Long-Haul Flights!

As expected, the Business Class headsets were absolutely amazing! 👀

The noise-canceling worked perfectly; I couldn't hear a thing!! Pure comfort-

I also checked what kind of content was available, such as movies and music,

and how the screen and control methods worked.

They even had quite a few recent movies, so I thoroughly enjoyed both legs of the journey!

I watched three: <Avatar: The Way of Water>, <Barbie>, and <The Drama>!

And for Korean movies, they had <It's No Use>! (Just a heads-up!)

😴 So, what was it like actually flying? Swiss Air Business Class Long-Haul Flight Review

On long-haul routes where you have to fly for hours on end, ultimately,

how comfortably you travel is what truly matters!!!✨

But after experiencing both seat types, I can tell you!

I completely understand why people fly business class now...

Having the space to lie down and fly is truly priceless..👻

Flying while lying down, my legs and back didn't hurt at all👀✨
