Taking the Lake Brienz cruise is one of the most popular ways

to travel from Brienz to Interlaken (or vice versa).

It is an absolute must-do scenic route!

The Brienz boat dock is incredibly easy to find.

It is located right across from the Rothorn railway ticket office

(and right outside the Brienz train station).

The main reason I highly recommend this cruise

is that the scenery around the Brienz dock is already stunning.

Isn't it absolutely gorgeous?

Brienz is filled with a refreshing, vibrant energy.

Once you step on board,

the views are so breathtaking they will leave you speechless.

Seriously, I couldn't stop staring!

The interior of the boat has large glass windows,

but looking out from the open doorways

makes you feel like you are staring at a live landscape painting!

It is truly magical.

The color of the lake is a surreal emerald green.

It is incredibly beautiful,

and photos don't even begin to do it justice.

If you have to choose between

the Lake Thun and Lake Brienz cruises,

I would 100% recommend Lake Brienz.

This unique water color is something you must see with your own eyes! 🥺

My secret tip for getting

that perfect Instagram shot on the boat:

Stand right by the open doorway and snap your photo!

It looks absolutely dreamlike. *.*

The water is so crystal clear,

so pristine,

and endlessly beautiful.

The ferry also passes right by Iseltwald!

This is the famous village from the K-drama "Crash Landing on You."

You can easily spot the wooden pier where Hyun Bin played his piano piece,

so you don't even need to disembark to get a great view! haha

The entire boat ride takes just over an hour,

but as we got closer to Interlaken,

I found myself wishing the ride would never end. ㅠㅠ

I tried shooting with my camera, but since I'm still a beginner,

I actually found that my iPhone captured

the vibrant turquoise color of the lake much better!

Even the final approach to Interlaken is absolutely beautiful.

If you are debating whether to ride the Lake Brienz cruise,

and just book it!
