If you're looking for an all-inclusive experience in Nha Trang,
you've come to the right place!
Last year, I personally stayed two nights
at Selectum Noa,
and this time, I spent three nights at Swandor.
Having experienced both resorts,
I'll compare the differences between them,
and share everything from Swandor's food and drinks
to tips for using the facilities after check-out.

What I loved about Swandor was
how incredibly convenient it was to eat and drink.
I enjoyed beverages by the pool,
alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar,
and could freely get any drink I wanted
during meals.
Even though I stayed at the resort for quite a long three nights,
I never felt like there wasn't enough to eat or drink.
Compared to Selectum Noa,
the variety of ancillary facilities was a bit lacking,
but when it came to enjoying the food and beverage all-inclusive experience itself,
Swandor was more satisfying.
If you want to enjoy a variety of facilities like a water park or sports
with your kids,
Selectum Noa might be a better fit.
However, if your goal is to truly relax at the resort
by swimming, eating, and drinking to your heart's content,
I highly recommend Swandor.

The Swandor prices I checked were
around ~$166 per night on Agoda,
and around ~$172 on Trip.com.
However, resort prices can vary depending on your stay dates
and room conditions.
So, rather than booking based on just one site,
I recommend checking both.

By entering your actual travel dates and comparing
room conditions and final prices,
you can make a more rational choice.
If you go in with extremely high expectations for the food,
you might be a little disappointed.
It was about what you'd expect from a decent wedding hall buffet –
enjoyable, but not gourmet.
Rather than expecting incredibly delicious individual dishes,
I felt it was a good enough standard for picking and choosing
according to your taste from a variety of options.
On the other hand, the menu variety was quite diverse,
and the selection changed slightly every day.
So, even during my three-night stay,
there was always something new to choose from for each meal.
I felt that the variety of food was much greater
than at Selectum Noa, which I had used before.
The alcoholic beverages and other drinks were also satisfying.
It was great that I could frequently enjoy them
at the pool, lobby bar, and buffet.
Since I didn't have to go out to buy alcohol or drinks separately
and could get everything within the resort,
my relaxed itinerary was much more comfortable.
Compared to Selectum Noa,
Swandor isn't a resort with a wide variety of facilities.
When I visited, there was a swimming pool,
Egna Spa, a kids' club, a gym,
a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table.
Mini golf was also available.
It had less of the fun of exploring various facilities
like Selectum Noa's water park,
pickleball, or tennis courts.
Instead, the programs were diverse.
In the mornings, there were programs like dart games,
yoga, and flying yoga.
In the evenings, events like White Parties
and live dance performances were held,
making it fun to participate according to the schedule.
The pool wasn't super big,
but it wasn't crowded when I went.
Many travelers were relaxing on the beach,
so I could swim quite comfortably.
Oh, and something unique was that
there was a wide variety of shops within the resort.
From mini-marts to jewelry shops, clothing stores, and even a hair salon (?!) –
there were many different shops, allowing you to stay entirely within the resort.
I noticed many Russian travelers surprisingly making good use of them!
If you're staying at Swandor,
this is something you should definitely remember.
The key is to absolutely *not* cut your wristband
when you check out.
Even after checking out,
I kept my wristband on.
Thanks to that, I could continue using the resort facilities
until it was time to catch my night flight.
On the last day, I swam,
enjoyed drinks and alcoholic beverages, and even
had dinner before heading out.
Even though I booked for 3 nights, in terms of usage time,
it felt like I enjoyed almost 4 nights.
It meant I could really get the most out of my stay
until the very last day before heading to the airport.
However, if you swim after checking out,
you might wonder about showering.
I used Egna Spa.
I was able to get a locker and a key,
and towels were also provided, which was very convenient.
When I used it, the shower area was co-ed,
which was a bit of a shame.
I washed my hair while still in my swimsuit
and took a quick rinse.
If this method feels uncomfortable for you,
there's another option.
That's to get a massage at a spa shop that offers shower facilities,
then shower there before heading to the airport.
Among the spa shops in the Cam Ranh area,
some even offer hotel pickup and drop-off,
so it's a fantastic idea to explore them for your last day's itinerary.
Swandor, more than its flashy amenities,
was a perfect fit for a trip where you want to fully embrace the all-inclusive experience itself
and simply unwind.
Especially when you consider the variety of food and beverage options,
and even the convenience of utilizing the facilities on your last day after checkout,
its advantages were crystal clear.
Conversely, if playing with kids at the water park
or having diverse sports facilities is important to you,
Selectum Noa might be a better match.
Since I've had the pleasure of experiencing both resorts,
I don't necessarily think one is universally better than the other;
instead, I believe you should choose
based on your unique travel purpose.
