Snorkeling on the Nha Trang Hopping Tour

From the harbor, we boarded a charming, slightly vintage wooden boat

and set off toward our snorkeling spot.

While it takes a bit longer than a speedboat,

it was incredibly relaxing to cruise along and take in the beautiful ocean views.

Honestly, snorkeling right off the boat was the absolute best part.

On my tour,

we stopped at about three different spots

to go snorkeling,

and since the spots were teeming with fish,

it was incredibly satisfying and offered amazing value

for a tour that only costs around ~$30.

💡TIP

They sell pieces of bread on the boat to feed the fish.

It's super cheap, so grab some—

it makes the snorkeling experience so much more fun!

Just a heads up, you can also join extra activities like

parasailing, scuba diving, or jet skiing

during the tour for an additional fee.

Nha Trang Snorkeling Tour Lunch

While we were busy snorkeling,

lunch was served right on the boat.

When I went, everyone got their own plate

of tasty stir-fried noodles,

while the other side dishes and rice were served family-style

to share with fellow travelers.

It wasn't a fancy gourmet meal,

but maybe because we had just worked up an appetite in the water,

it tasted surprisingly delicious!

Beer isn't included with the meal,

so you'll need to buy it separately.

It's a good idea to bring some Vietnamese Dong (VND) cash!

As we wrapped up our snorkeling session,

they also served fresh watermelon and bananas

for a sweet, refreshing treat.

Please note that the fruit service

On the day of the tour, a pick-up vehicle

will arrive right in front of your hotel.

Since it's a shared group tour, you'll head to the harbor

together with other excited travelers,

and once the tour ends, you'll be safely driven

right back to your hotel.

whenever you get on and off the bus.

It's much more convenient to wear your swimsuit or rash guard

As for footwear, water shoes are much better than regular flip-flops.
