Today, I'm sharing my completely honest, self-funded review of a fantastic Canggu, Bali food spot from my recent trip. We visited the famous Smoke Bali, and it was a massive hit 👍🏻 Let's dive right into everything from the booking link to the delicious menu details!

While researching the best places to eat in Bali, my boyfriend was absolutely determined to try Smoke Bali!
Since we had plans around Canggu and Seminyak, we decided to head there for dinner right after spending some time at Finns Club.
We made sure to book this popular Bali spot in advance.
The booking process was super easy, and they send a confirmation email, which makes managing your itinerary a breeze. In fact, we had originally booked for one day, but once we were in Bali, we easily canceled and rescheduled for a different date!

Inside the Restaurant
We booked our table for 8:30 PM!
Here’s a look inside Smoke Bali—it has such a cool, trendy vibe.
They do have indoor seating options like this,
but since we visited later in the evening, almost everyone was dining at the outdoor tables.
The moment we stepped outside, Smoke Bali's incredible fire pit instantly caught our eye!!!
If you're traveling around Canggu or Seminyak, you absolutely must visit this spot. The atmosphere, the aesthetics, and the flavors—I highly recommend all of it!
We went as a group of six, and absolutely everyone loved it 🖤

We visited right when the Netflix show Culinary Class Wars was all the rage, which somehow made watching them cook over open flames taste even more epic!

I was so captivated by the vibe that I couldn't sit still, haha! Experiencing the atmosphere of Smoke Bali in person was so much better than just seeing it in photos.

I'm so glad we booked in advance, and it's fantastic that they stay open late. Clearly, I was too excited because every single one of my photos came out blurry! 🫨

Of course, I somehow managed to get a perfectly clear shot of the drinks menu.
The table setups are absolutely perfect for a romantic date night ~~~
First things first, I started with a cold beer 🍻
Now, let’s dive right into the Smoke Bali menu!~
Grilled calamari or octopus 100K
This was either octopus or squid—I honestly can't remember which—but it made for a perfect starter! We all ordered what we were craving and shared.
On the left are probably the pork ribs
And on the right is the Steak of the day 250K
We basically tried every type of meat they had🥩
Grilled Prawn 180K
The prawns were absolutely delicious, so we ordered another plate the second we tasted them!!!
They paired beautifully with the sauce, and the grill on them was absolutely perfect🦐
French Fries 50K
Can't go wrong with fries🍟
Mac N Cheese 70K
Super rich and cheesy mac 'n' cheese
Probably the Belly chop 250K
It hasn't even been that long since my trip, but my memory is already failing me, haha.
But either way, it was delicious!

I honestly have no clue what this was ㅠㅠ chicken, maybe...?
Anyway, we paired all these dishes with a bit of beer and cola at this awesome Bali spot, and the total for six of us came out to around ~$154! The price is incredible, and there might have been a few dishes we forgot to photograph.
Once we finished, they brought over marshmallow skewers just like I'd seen on other blogs, and we roasted them over the campfire🍡 If you're searching for an amazing place to eat in Bali, I highly recommend Smoke Bali!!!

You can reserve SMOKE Bali in advance through the Chope reservation link. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, and you can also cancel and reschedule your reservation while in Bali.
The Grilled Prawn is 180K, and the Steak of the day is 250K. The Grilled Prawn is particularly popular for being perfectly cooked and pairing so well with the sauce that guests often order more.
After you finish your meal, the restaurant provides marshmallow skewers. Guests can roast these marshmallows themselves at the fire pit located in the center of the restaurant.
For a group of 6 ordering a variety of dishes such as steak, grilled prawn, and mac and cheese, along with beer and cola, the total came out to ~$154. It offers a reasonable price point for ordering multiple dishes to share with your group.
