While pretty much everything I tasted in Seville was fantastic, Heladeria Bolas (which simply means "ice cream shop" in Spanish) stood out as an absolute must-recommend. This place is seriously next-level!
You'll find several Bolas branches scattered across Seville. Just search on Google Maps, and you'll likely see about four locations, so pick the one closest to your adventures.
Just take a look at those stellar ratings! It's practically impossible to resist.
2. Your Go-To for Gelato in Seville
I visited the branch conveniently located near the Metropol Parasol. It's a spacious shop, and even better, they have comfortable seating out front where you can relax and savor your treat.
They boast an incredible array of flavors, and like most great gelato spots, their selection changes with the seasons. Each flavor has a description in both Spanish and English, so take your time reading through them. Don't be shy – if a flavor piques your interest, just ask for a little taste! They're usually happy to oblige.
Alternatively, you can always ask for a recommendation. That's what I did! I tried a sample of their suggested flavor and ended up going with it. No regrets!
Since I'm a big fan of sorbets, I chose a fruit flavor for one scoop, and the other was their recommendation (whose name I've since forgotten!). Honestly, every single flavor here is pure bliss.
