Orange Tree Sevilla Review: Best Souvenirs & Orange Wine
Wandering Seville's charming streets, you'll find oranges everywhere! Discover the best orange-themed souvenirs, including delightful orange wine, at Orange Tree Sevilla.
As you walk through Seville,
you'll easily spot orange trees lining every alleyway.
With bright orange fruits hanging abundantly,
it's tempting to pick one and try it,
but the oranges growing on the street trees are quite bitter,
so rather than eating them fresh,
they're often used for products like marmalade.
That's what I heard!
During my city tour of Seville,
after hearing fascinating stories about oranges from our guide,
I really wanted to buy a souvenir that felt authentically Sevillian –
something orange-themed.
Conveniently, after the tour ended,
I asked our guide for a souvenir shop recommendation,
and without hesitation, they pointed me to
Orange Tree Sevilla.

When I visited, I found everything from orange wine to marmalade,
candies, hand cream, and even lip balm.
You could really explore a huge variety of orange products
all in one place.
I particularly loved the orange wine I tried back at my accommodation,
which made me regret not buying more of the premium stuff!
If you're wondering what souvenirs to get in Seville,
I'll share the products I explored and their prices.
1. Orange Tree Sevilla: Location & Opening Hours

Orange Tree Sevilla is a charming souvenir shop
tucked away in an alleyway in the Santa Cruz quarter,
just behind Seville Cathedral.
My city tour happened to end near the Cathedral,
so after getting the guide's recommendation,
I simply walked over and visited.
📌 Orange Tree Sevilla
✔ Address: C/ Ximénez de Enciso, 22, 41004 Sevilla

Since it's right along the route for exploring the Cathedral and the Santa Cruz quarter,
it was easy to pop in during a leisurely stroll,
without having to set aside extra time.
Once inside the shop,
you'll discover an incredible array of orange-themed products.
From edible treats to cosmetics and charming accessories,
it was a delight just to browse!

If you visit after a Seville city tour, it's a pleasant walk from the Cathedral. Make sure to combine it with exploring the Santa Cruz quarter! |
2. Seville Orange Souvenirs: Types & Prices

Orange Tree Sevilla really makes you think,
"They make THIS out of oranges?!"
because the variety of products is just astounding.
While the shop itself isn't huge,
every display shelf is packed with orange-themed goodies,
which surprisingly makes it easier to choose a Seville souvenir.
📌 Prices I Noticed During My Visit
Product | Price |
Orange Wine Vino Aromatizado | 9.85 Euros (~$12) |
Orange Wine Vino Orange Tree | 20.1 Euros (~$24) |
Orange & Vermouth Marmalade 250g | 7 Euros (~$8) |
Orange Candies | 2.5-3 Euros (~$3-4) |
Orange Hand Cream | 6.75 Euros (~$8) |
Orange Lip Balm | 4.25 Euros (~$5) |
Orange & Vermouth Marmalade

After hearing all those delightful stories about oranges in Seville,
it was only natural that this marmalade caught my eye.
The product I saw was
Mermelada de Naranja y Vermut 250g,
7 Euros.
It wasn't just any ordinary orange marmalade; it had vermouth,
which made it feel like a truly unique and special souvenir to bring back from Seville.
Orange Candies

They're priced at around 2.5 to 3 Euros.
Since they're small and quite affordable,
if you're looking for souvenirs to share with many people,
these are a great option.
Orange Hand Cream & Lip Balm

The hand cream was 6.75 Euros,
and the lip balm was 4.25 Euros.
While wine or marmalade
can make you worry about weight and bulk,
these products are small and light,
offering the advantage of being easy to pack in your suitcase.
The staff were also incredibly kind and
explained the products beautifully.
If there are so many options that you're unsure what to choose,
it's perfectly fine to ask for their popular recommendations.
🟦 Hihihohi Travel Tip |
If you're looking for gifts to share with many people, consider small and light items like candies or lip balms first. They'll be much lighter on your luggage than wine or marmalade. |
3. My Personal Review: Tasting Orange Wine

What truly stuck with me from Orange Tree was the orange wine.
I bought a bottle to enjoy a glass
back at my accommodation.
Two types caught my eye,
but since it was my first time trying orange wine,
I decided to go with something affordable first.
So I chose the Vino Aromatizado for 9.85 Euros.
As soon as I got back to my room, I gave it a taste, and wow!
Behind the initial sweetness,
a subtle orange aroma filled my senses.
It was surprisingly delicious!
But after just one glass,
regret immediately set in.
"I should have bought the Vino Orange Tree for 20.1 Euros..."
Initially, I picked the cheaper one
thinking it would be a casual first try, given the price difference,
but once I tasted it and realized how good it was,
I became incredibly curious about the other one too.
I considered going back the next day to buy it,
but my Seville itinerary was so packed and short,
I never made it back to Orange Tree.
It remains one of my biggest shopping regrets from Seville.
If I ever visit again,
I'll definitely be heading straight for that orange wine first.
🟨 Hihihohi Travel Tip |
If you're curious about orange wine, make sure to check your travel itinerary before purchasing. If your Seville trip is short, you might think 'I'll just come back for it later,' and end up missing out like I did! |
4. Spain Tax Refund: Don't Forget Even Small Purchases!

At Orange Tree,
tax refunds were also available!
In Spain, there's no minimum purchase amount
required by law for tax refunds,
so even if you buy a small item,
you can apply for a tax refund if you meet the conditions.
That's why whenever I shop during my travels,
even if the amount isn't large,
I always make sure to get the tax refund documents
if the store offers it.
At Orange Tree, if you're buying wine, marmalade,
or other gifts together,
don't hesitate to ask the staff for tax refund documents
when you check out.
You'd be surprised how quickly these small amounts add up
when you make a few purchases at different stores throughout your trip!
🟥 Hihihohi Travel Tip |
Spain has no minimum purchase amount for tax refunds! So, even for small purchases, if you're eligible, simply ask for the tax refund documents when you pay. Having your passport information ready beforehand will make it super easy. |
If you're looking for souvenirs in Seville,
Orange Tree is definitely worth a visit.
From exquisite orange wines and marmalades
to delightful little gifts perfect for sharing,
it's wonderful to find so many souvenirs featuring
the iconic Seville oranges all in one place.
I especially enjoyed the 9.85 Euro
orange wine; it was delicious.
But I still regret not buying the 20.1 Euro one as well.
What a missed opportunity!
If I ever find myself back in Seville,
that will be the first thing on my shopping list!
