2. My Honest Review of remm Roppongi: A Tokyo Hotel Recommendation

The room I stayed in was the most basic type: an Economy Double room.

Honestly, I really wanted to book a wider twin room,

but it was fully booked when I made the reservation, so I had no choice but to go with a double room.

The first thing I noticed when I stepped inside was, 'Wow, I love how big the window is!'

Most accommodations in Japan tend to be on the smaller side, with some even lacking windows.

But at Remm Roppongi, the window stretched as wide as the bed,

giving the room a wonderfully open and spacious feel.

There was even a massage chair next to the bed – what a treat!

Spacious Bathroom

The part I loved most was how spacious the bathroom was.

In many Japanese hotels, bathrooms can feel incredibly cramped due to the presence of a bathtub,

but Remm Roppongi seemed to prioritize spaciousness and comfort by opting for a shower instead of a tub.

The shower wasn't just a flimsy curtain either; it was enclosed with a proper door,

which meant no lingering damp smells. Such a win!

Since this is a disability-friendly hotel, there's a chair inside the shower booth, which I found surprisingly useful.

After all the walking, my legs were aching, and standing for a shower felt impossible,

so being able to sit down and wash was incredibly comfortable.

Amenities & Pajamas Provided

Even though the room was compact, there was a desk tucked away in one corner,

which was perfect for doing my makeup or getting some light work done.

Amenities were available in the hotel lobby, so you could grab whatever you needed,

and with pajamas provided, there was really nothing extra to pack!

The lobby also had vending machines and a microwave,

which I thought would be super convenient for travelers with kids.

What I Wished Was Different

The only real drawback was that the room wasn't particularly spacious.

That's exactly why I tried to book a twin room, but unfortunately, it was sold out.

If you're looking for more space, definitely try to snag a twin room!

Still, if you're a solo traveler or someone of average build,

the Economy Double room will be perfectly comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Even though the room was compact, considering the massage chair, spacious bathroom,

proximity to the station, and overall comfort,

it's definitely a Tokyo hotel I'd love to stay at again.
