Remm Roppongi Tokyo Review 2026: Twin Room & Location
Looking for the perfect Tokyo hotel? Read our hands-on review of Remm Roppongi, featuring comfortable twin rooms, amazing transit access, and local food tips.

Having traveled to Tokyo multiple times, I’ve stayed in many different neighborhoods,
including Tokyo Station, Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku.
But when you weigh location, room size, and transit convenience altogether,
Remm Roppongi is the hotel that gave me the highest level of satisfaction.
For those of you trying to figure out where to stay in Tokyo,
I’ve put together everything from why I highly recommend Remm Roppongi
to my honest review of the twin room and luggage storage service!
(I'll also share a few tips on how to book it at a discount, too!)
1. Why I Recommend This Hotel

📌 My Checklist for Choosing a Tokyo Hotel
✔ Is it easy to get to from the airport?
✔ Is it close to major sightseeing spots?
✔ Are there plenty of great restaurants and shopping spots nearby?
While Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, and Shibuya are great for sightseeing,
the stations themselves are so massive that just finding the right exit can take forever.
(You might think you're right next to the station, but you're actually walking miles...)
That's why lately, I highly prefer the Roppongi area—it's super close to all the action
but much simpler to navigate!

Remm Roppongi is just a 3-minute walk from Roppongi Station,
making it incredibly convenient to use the subway (it's perfectly nestled between Tokyo Station and Shibuya).
Plus, I loved that you can take a limousine bus from Narita Airport
and get here in one go without any transfers.
Right next to Roppongi Station, you'll find a Don Quijote,
along with famous restaurants like
Tsujihan, Imakatsu, Ippudo, and Butagumi.
Remm Roppongi is also famous for being a hotel with stunning Tokyo Tower views.
(To be honest, even if you don't book a Tokyo Tower view room,
you'll see the gorgeous Tokyo Tower just by walking around the neighborhood.)
2. Inside the Remm Roppongi Twin Room

Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM
I stayed in a Twin Room,
and at 24m², it definitely felt wonderfully spacious for Tokyo standards.
(If you're traveling solo, an Economy Double room is perfectly fine,
but if you're traveling with someone else, I highly recommend booking the Twin Room!)

When booking accommodation in Tokyo, my absolute must-haves are:
not paying an insanely high nightly rate,
and having enough floor space to open two large suitcases at the same time.
Since the space in front of the beds and around the massage chair was so generous,
we easily laid out both our 26-inch and 28-inch suitcases completely flat.

The bathroom layout was also fantastic, with the bathtub, sink, and toilet
all separated into their own private spaces.
This meant while one of us was taking a shower, the other could use the sink,
which saved us so much time in the mornings!

The bathroom itself didn't feel cramped at all,
and having a bathtub was a lifesaver for soaking our tired muscles after walking all day.
I booked a total of 4 nights at around the early ~$130s per night,
but keep in mind that prices might go up during peak travel seasons.

3. Detailed Room Review

Right next to the bed, there was a massage chair waiting for us.
Many hotels in the Remm chain feature massage chairs right in the room,
and let me tell you, it was incredibly useful.
In Japan, it's so easy to end up walking nearly 20,000 steps a day.
But coming back to the room and sinking into that massage chair
made all the fatigue in my legs melt right away!!
(I highly recommend this for families traveling with parents—
in fact, I saw quite a few guests here traveling with their parents.)

The bathroom was stocked with multi-use amenities, including hand wash,
shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Single-use items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and razors
could be picked up from the lobby as needed.

The hair dryer was a Panasonic model,
and the airflow was decent enough to use comfortably throughout our 4-night stay.
The fridge wasn't one of those impossibly tiny mini-fridges either,
so it had plenty of space to store our convenience store drinks and desserts.

The closet space was also surprisingly generous.
After eating ramen or yakiniku, your clothes can really hold onto that food smell.
Spraying them down with the fabric deodorizer provided in the closet did wonders!

The room TV supported screen mirroring,
and you could also borrow an HDMI cable from the lobby.
On the evening we returned to the hotel early,
we borrowed a cable and relaxed while watching our favorite streaming shows!
4. Luggage Storage & Other Amenities

Before check-in or after check-out,
you can self-store your luggage in the lobby area.
Right next to the luggage storage area, there was a luggage scale
to weigh your bags.
Since we did a massive shopping haul at Don Quijote on our last day,
being able to check our bag weights before heading to the airport was incredibly useful!

There was also a microwave in the lobby,
which seemed perfect for heating up late-night convenience store snacks.
📌 Review Summary
✔ Super close to Roppongi Station, making it incredibly easy to get around to major tourist spots
✔ The twin room size is actually quite spacious compared to most Tokyo hotels
(And above all, the massage chair is an absolute game-changer! 👍🏻👍🏻)
Since this hotel is incredibly popular,
I highly recommend booking early if you find a date with a great rate!
