are standard excellence,

I was thrilled to find Bánh Xèo (crispy Vietnamese shrimp pancakes)
just like the ones you see at the night markets!
The staff even swing by your table
to take your iced Americano orders,
and a hot bowl of fish cake noodle soup was the perfect hangover cure.
Every morning was an absolute feast!
