But honestly? It was incredibly fun and surprisingly budget-friendly!

Picheaven Bali Swing is located in Ubud.

Since Ubud is famous for its dense jungles and vibrant green nature,

almost all the major swing operators are clustered in this area!

We started our journey from the InterContinental Bali Resort in Jimbaran.

The drive was roughly 22 miles and took about 1 hour and 20 minutes by taxi.

Since I was traveling with friends, splitting the Grab fare

made the ride very affordable!

3. Detailed Review

​

I booked my tickets online in advance,

so getting in was as easy as scanning a QR code at the entrance!

​

After entering, you head down some stairs,

and you'll find the dress rental area on your right.

​

Renting a dress isn't mandatory,

but almost all the women there were renting one.

Of course, you're totally free to wear your own clothes!

because the vibrant colors really pop on camera.

I opted for light green, and I loved how

it blended harmoniously with the natural surroundings!

You can hit all of them, or just pick your favorites.

There are staff members stationed at every zone.

They are great at communicating, so the whole process is a breeze!

You're strapped in securely with a harness belt, so it feels very safe.

If you love taking pictures, this is an absolute must-do.

After you're done, they offer complimentary coffee or drinks.

However, I'm always a bit cautious about 'Bali belly'

and try to stick to store-bought bottled water,

so I politely declined the drinks.

Since it gets quite hot, I highly recommend bringing your own bottled water!

4. Pro Tips

​

① Bug Repellent is a Must

Ubud is a dense jungle, which means mosquitoes are everywhere!

Make sure to spray yourself thoroughly before heading in.

② Visit in the Morning

I arrived around 11:00 AM and it wasn't too crowded.

There were no lines for the photo zones, and the whole experience took about an hour.

③ Book Online in Advance

The walk-in admission fee is 300,000 IDR (about ~$19),

but if you book online beforehand, you can get it for just ~$11.

I literally booked mine on my phone while waiting for our taxi that morning!

Oh! One more thing. Because it's a bit out of the way,

our Grab driver canceled on us three times when trying to leave...

Getting there from the hotel was easy, but getting back was tough! ㅠㅠ

I strongly suggest adding the round-trip transfer option

or hiring a private driver for the day to save yourself the hassle!
