Stunning Burj Khalifa views don't have to break the bank. Read our honest review of Paramount Hotel Midtown Dubai, a budget-friendly gem in Downtown.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Dubai
with a view of the Burj Khalifa, look no further...!
When you're searching for hotels in Dubai,
the ones with great views are often so expensive that you might hesitate...
Paramount Hotel delivers on both stunning views and great value,
ticking every single box on my list.
I was incredibly satisfied with my stay here.
It's also a popular choice for newlyweds on a Dubai transit honeymoon,
so definitely keep it on your radar!
Paramount Midtown Location
Paramount Hotel Midtown is
located right in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
It's about a 40-minute drive from the airport. 🚗

You can catch views like this while walking around!!
The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall
are about a 15 to 20-minute walk away.
The Dubai heat can make the walk feel a bit longer,
but I actually loved wandering around and exploring the city on foot!
By car, it's just a quick 10-minute ride.
Dubai Budget-Friendly Hotel Rates
So, just how budget-friendly
is this hotel?!
I booked a "Scene Room" with a City View on Agoda
for about ~$134 per night, breakfast included! (Off-season)
When booking hotels,
I always compare prices on both Agoda and Trip.com.
Rates can fluctuate quite a bit depending on your dates,
so I highly recommend checking both before deciding.
My Selection: Scene Room (City View) with Breakfast (Based on October rates)
Agoda | Trip.com |
~$218 | ~$205 |

Paramount Hotel Midtown!

They also offer Suites and Family Rooms here.
The Family Room comes with 2 beds
and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The Suite Room allows children under 11
to stay for free,
making it a fantastic choice for a family trip!
Paramount Midtown Review
Scene Room - City View (44㎡, 1 King Bed)

I went with their standard-tier room,
but it was way more spacious than I expected!
Honestly, it felt like a waste to stay here all by myself...
Even the bathroom was practically the size of a master bedroom!
There's also a desk, making it super convenient
if you're visiting Dubai on a business trip.

Also, I booked this room without even realizing it had a balcony,
and the view from up there was absolutely jaw-dropping...
Looking out over the towering skyscrapers, the urban jungle,
and the majestic Burj Khalifa...
Stepping out early in the morning and soaking in that grand,
yet peaceful atmosphere is something I'll never forget. 💛
Highly recommend grabbing a cup of coffee and catching some morning sun right here!
Pool Hours: 07:00–19:00

One of the biggest reasons I chose this hotel...
The infinity pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa!

The pool is divided into several sections,
and it's much larger and more spacious than I expected!
There's even a dedicated pool for kids.

I read a lot of reviews saying this pool gets super crowded,
but because I went right at opening time, I practically had the whole place to myself!

People start trickling in after 8:00 AM,
and once the sun is fully up, it gets incredibly hot.
So, I highly recommend going right when it opens!
⭐And sunscreen is absolutely essential!!
Breakfast

The spread was decent, and everything tasted delicious overall.
Specifically, the granola was totally my style...!

As you might know, dining out in Dubai can be insanely expensive.
Personally, I think the breakfast option is highly worth it
and you won't regret adding it to your booking!
Even though I only stayed for one night, I had such a wonderful time!
If you're looking for a great value hotel in Dubai
that offers spectacular views and an amazing pool,
you absolutely can't go wrong here!
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. By car, it is a 10-minute drive.
During the off-season, it can be booked for ~$134. In October, prices range from ~$205 to ~$218 depending on the booking platform.
The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. To avoid the crowds and the hot sun, it is recommended to visit right when it opens at 7:00 AM.
You can book a 2-bedroom family room that accommodates up to 4 adults. Additionally, suites that allow children under 11 to stay for free are also a great option for families.
