Our first stop was the Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama. Visiting in the morning meant the crowds weren't overwhelming, and the clear blue sky against the lush green mountains created a truly picturesque scene.

Next, we moved on to Tenryu-ji Temple. The traditional tatami rooms and large paintings offered an authentic glimpse into the unique ambiance of a Japanese temple.

Some visitors might choose to skip this, but I highly recommend making a quick stop at Tenryu-ji, especially to admire its exquisitely beautiful garden.

Then, it was off to the famous Bamboo Grove! It was incredibly crowded, so I didn't take many photos, but just walking through it felt wonderfully cool and serene.

Our stay here was relatively short, about 50 minutes, so it's best to snap your photos quickly and explore the walking path efficiently.

Fushimi Inari Shrine

Our third stop was Fushimi Inari Shrine, one of Kyoto's most iconic photo spots.

The vibrant red torii gates at the shrine's entrance were quite impressive, truly embodying the mysterious and dreamy atmosphere I'd seen in anime.

With over an hour and 10 minutes allotted here, you'll have plenty of time to capture some fantastic pictures!

Kiyomizu-dera

Our final stop was Kiyomizu-dera Temple. After getting our admission tickets, we entered to find expansive grounds and breathtaking views. Perched on a hillside, the scenery was particularly stunning as the sun began to set.

The temple grounds are truly vast. Make sure to collect some of the flowing water inside and make a wish – it's believed to bring good health.

By the time we finished exploring Kiyomizu-dera, evening had arrived, and the path down was growing dim.
