often leaves us wondering: how do we get to our city accommodation?

After my first Nha Trang trip where I struggled to find a Grab, I decided to take no chances this time

My first visit during the 2023 Christmas holidays

saw a huge influx of travelers, making it

Don't forget: The KakaoTalk form is a must!

Payment isn't the final step.

After payment, you'll get seller instructions in the MyRealTrip chatroom.

You then need to send your booking form to the 'Nha Trang Taxi Tour'

KakaoTalk channel.

The form requires your **booking confirmation number, full English name,**

**contact phone number, vehicle type, arrival date and time,**

**flight number, and arrival hotel**.

⭐ 6 Steps of Communication Before Your Arrival

After you send in your form via the KakaoTalk channel,

you'll receive step-by-step communications until your service date.

Since it was a night flight, I was worried about what would happen if the driver wasn't there, but receiving messages the afternoon before and on the morning of the day itself put my mind at ease.

The KakaoTalk message on the day of service also reiterated the instructions to fully exit the immigration hall and meet at Pillar 4.

Before my flight even landed, I received a photo of the picket with my name on it, so I knew exactly who to look for in advance.

This level of meticulous communication after booking is also why I highly recommend this airport pickup service.

3. From Cam Ranh Airport Pillar 4 to Your City Accommodation

From this point on, I've organized everything from arriving at Cam Ranh Airport until the actual start of the service!

Flight LJ087 arrived on schedule, but my luggage came out about 20 minutes late.

I was a bit anxious about making the driver wait, but it turned out they had arrived even earlier and were already patiently waiting.

The product guide states that they will wait for you even if your flight is delayed.

After exiting the arrival hall doors at Cam Ranh Airport and coming completely out of the building, you'll spot a pillar with a large number 4 on it.

The KakaoTalk message on the day also said "come completely outside to Pillar 4," and when I actually went, there was no chance of getting lost at all.

Underneath the pillar, a table held several travelers' pickets all at once.

It's clearly a service many people use!

The staff greeted me kindly, and since the picket was identical to the photo I received via KakaoTalk before arrival, I found it right away.

The picket displayed my English name, hotel name, arrival time, and flight number.

Since the English name you enter when booking is written exactly as-is, it's best to make sure it matches your passport's English name.

At the bottom of the picket, there was also a message asking to "please double-check if the arrival hotel is correct."

There might be people with the same name or guests staying at the same hotel, so don't just look at the name – make sure to check the hotel name and flight number too~!

As soon as I confirmed my picket, a staff member personally wheeled my suitcase and led the way to the car.

The car was waiting on the road right in front of the building.

The staff even took care of loading our luggage into the trunk, so all we had to do was get in.

There were two of us with two suitcases, and they fit perfectly into the trunk of the 4-seater car.

The assigned vehicle was a black VinFast SUV.

It felt cool as soon as I got in, as if the air conditioning had been turned on beforehand, and the car's interior was quite clean.

Since I was exhausted after a night flight, even that small detail made me feel really good!

The ride from Cam Ranh Airport to our city accommodation took about 40 minutes, and it was even quicker because there was no traffic in the early morning.

Unlike other countries where I usually only used Trip.com, everything from the booking instructions to the KakaoTalk communication was in Korean, so I had absolutely nothing to worry about, even with a late-night arrival.
