As the chill of autumn 2026 starts to set in, many of you might be dreaming of a warm escape to a tropical paradise like Nha Trang, Vietnam. If you're planning your winter getaway and wondering where to stay, look no further!
Imagine a place with impeccable room conditions, stunning pools, delicious breakfast, and an all-in-one entertainment hub featuring a theme park, aquarium, and even a zoo. That's exactly what you'll find at Vinpearl Resort!
Especially if you're traveling with kids or your family, this resort truly offers an unparalleled experience.

📍 Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay Villas

There are two primary ways to reach Vinpearl Resort:
1) Cable Car
2) Speedboat
I opted for the speedboat, and it was a smooth, quick journey.
Both the speedboat and cable car have different operating hours and travel times, so you can choose the best option for your schedule:

If you get seasick, consider taking motion sickness medication, though the short ride makes it less of a concern. | Oversized luggage is not permitted. You can check it at reception, and it will be sent to your resort separately (allow 1-2 hours). |
Upon arrival at the pier, staff will confirm you're heading to Vinpearl and register your face for access.
This facial recognition system is used for everything from breakfast to boat and cable car access, so all guests must register. After registration, our luggage was handled by the staff, and we enjoyed a hassle-free speedboat ride to the resort.
Once we disembarked, a buggy was waiting to take us directly to our reserved resort. Just tell them where you're staying, and they'll handle the rest! On the way, we even got a glimpse of Vinpearl Land and VinWonders, adding to the excitement.

I chose the Deluxe Ocean View room. While breakfast is typically included, the price varies slightly depending on whether you add VinWonders or Vinpearl Land tickets.
Personally, booking a package that includes both the resort stay and park admission was about 10% more cost-effective than reserving them separately.
If you plan to visit VinWonders or Vinpearl Land, I highly recommend booking one of these package deals through the reservation website for the best value!
True to its 5-star rating, the resort room was spacious, with a fantastic open feel thanks to the terrace overlooking both the swimming pool and the ocean.
The outdoor terrace also featured a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink in the cool evening breeze.
The daytime view of the ocean and the entire Vinpearl Resort from the terrace was simply breathtaking – it truly felt like a slice of heaven!
The bathroom was also generously sized, and with the blinds up, you could see directly into the room – a unique design feature!
My sibling and I felt like we were getting an incredible luxury stay at a 5-star hotel for such a reasonable price. It was the perfect resort vacation.

3. Swimming Pools & Private Beach
One of the best features was the expansive swimming pool right in front of Vinpearl Resort.
With multiple large pools, it never felt crowded, allowing us to swim and relax without any disturbances – a huge plus!
Beyond the pools, there's a private beach exclusively for guests, offering a tranquil and unhurried space for swimming or simply unwinding by the sea.
As evening falls, the restaurants lining the beach create a beautiful ambiance, perfect for dinner or enjoying a casual drink.
Especially from December to February, which is the dry season, the weather is pleasantly warm and less humid, making it the ideal time for an evening stroll along the beach.
If I ever plan another family trip to Vietnam, I would undoubtedly return to Nha Trang.
For this price point, you get a 5-star hotel, amazing pools, stunning views, an aquarium, and even a theme park – it's truly fantastic for families with children.
4. Overall Review
Choosing Vinpearl Resort for my first trip to Nha Trang was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I made.
With swimming, dining, and entertainment all conveniently located within the resort, I experienced a complete and fulfilling getaway, lacking nothing.
When I think of hotels in Nha Trang, Vinpearl immediately comes to mind. The environment, the friendly staff, and the endless attractions deserve more than 5 stars.
