you can bet I scoured the internet for all the best eateries!

And among my discoveries, one place stole my heart with its incredible visuals –

and that's right,

the ultimate spot for delicious Boiling Crab!

When you're on the hunt for Nha Trang's best restaurants,

it's common to worry about hygiene in super local spots,

and if you're traveling with family, you're probably wondering if it'll suit both parents' and kids' palates.

That extra thought and research?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who does that, am I? 😉

Well, the Vietnamese Nha Trang restaurant, Fork, that I recently visited,

is conveniently located right in the city center, making it easy to fit into your itinerary.

It's also a place where everyone can find something they love,

a true crowd-pleaser among Nha Trang city restaurants!

making it perfect for either a leisurely lunch or a lively dinner.

What's more, One Spa, a popular Nha Trang massage spot, is just around the corner,

making it a perfect pre or post-dinner treat.

Plus, CCCP Coffee is only a 5-minute walk away,

so you can easily plan a delightful meal followed by a coffee break! ><

Since my accommodation was the Virgo Hotel, I found it super convenient to walk,

so I simply strolled over!

And being in the city center, a Grab ride won't break the bank either.

2. Inside Fork: A Culinary Oasis in Nha Trang City

At Nha Trang Fork,

the first two floors are dedicated to Fork,

while the 3rd floor houses Spoon, a fantastic Korean restaurant.

Did you know that Nha Trang Spoon is one of my favorite Korean restaurants?

It's actually a famous Nha Trang Korean restaurant, even in Cam Ranh! ><

(Seriously, their stews and bossam jeongsik are incredibly tasty...)

Since it just opened a new branch in the city,

anyone craving Korean cuisine should definitely check it out!

And for added convenience, there's an elevator inside the building,

which means whether you're with parents or little ones,

getting around won't be a hassle at all.

When dining at restaurants abroad,

details like restrooms, stairs, and air conditioning can surprisingly make or break the experience, right?

Here, you'll find clean restrooms on every floor,

and the entire place is immaculately kept, so I was thoroughly impressed with its hygiene!

The seating is spaciously arranged, and thankfully, none of that characteristic Southeast Asian humidity –

the air conditioning was blasting, keeping it wonderfully cool! :)

Instead of an overly rustic local vibe,

this seafood restaurant truly embraces a contemporary feel,

and in the evenings, you can enjoy fantastic live performances on the first floor!

I sadly missed out, but if your schedule aligns, definitely aim for dinner!

3. Nha Trang's Seafood Gem: Fork's Menu

While Nha Trang's Fork is primarily a seafood specialist,

its diverse menu made choosing a delightful experience!

Of course, you'll find classic seafood dishes like Boiling Crab and Boiling Lobster, but there's so much more!

They also offer BBQ, grilled skewers, fried rice, pasta, french fries, steak,

and even a great selection of sides like Banh Mi bread and Mac & Cheese.

These are truly dishes that everyone, from kids to adults, can savor on a family trip!

With such a wide range of menu options,

it's the perfect spot for Nha Trang trips with your parents

or even adventures with a big group of friends.

Everyone will find something delicious to enjoy at this Nha Trang city hotspot!

After a bit of deliberation over what to order,

we decided on the Boiling Crab, a fresh salad, and some BBQ skewers.

And, of course, we couldn't resist ordering draft beer, which is just the perfect match for these dishes!

Just a quick note: while I couldn't photograph every single item on the menu,

they boast a fantastic selection of wines and whiskies too!

They even have a wine cellar, and the menu looked perfect for elegant pairings.

It's also an absolutely ideal spot for a romantic dinner date!

4. Boiling Crab

The dish I was most excited for, of course, was

the restaurant's signature dish,

the Boiling Crab!

When you're at a top Nha Trang seafood spot like this,

you absolutely have to try their authentic Boiling menu, right?

The staff first gave it a good shake and mix for us,

and that alone built up the anticipation!

Then, they meticulously prepared each piece for easy eating,

making it incredibly convenient to savor.

The sauce was perfectly infused between the shells,

adding to the sheer delight of every bite!

I was especially concerned because some of my companions can't handle strong seafood smells or fishiness.

But here, there was absolutely no unpleasant odor,

making it instantly clear they use only the freshest ingredients!

Clams, mussels, shrimp, snow crab, corn – and more!

The ingredients were incredibly generous,

and when you combine them with that amazing sauce,

the umami flavor truly comes alive.

My absolute favorite was the plump shrimp meat,

bursting with flavor in my mouth! >< As a shrimp lover, I was incredibly happy!

While it's fantastic on its own,

they also offer pasta noodles, banh mi, and even lobster, so you can enjoy it in various ways!

It even made me crave some rice, haha!

And the lobster? What can I even say!

With just one bite, it felt like a wave of the ocean's exquisite flavor crashed over my palate.

The visuals were so good,

it was a menu that made you go 'Wow!'

Picking and choosing what to eat was so much fun.

Honestly, the most annoying part of eating seafood

is peeling the shells. But since everything was already prepared,

it took away all that hassle and made it even more delicious.

It paired absolutely perfectly with draft beer,

making it the ideal dinner choice.

I took a sip of beer and

in the hot Nha Trang weather, nothing could have been more refreshing.

I ordered the spicy version,

and perhaps because of that, it felt even more compatible with beer.

By my standards, it wasn't as spicy as Shin Ramyun,

but a friend who isn't good with spicy food said it was a little bit spicy.

There's also a butter garlic option,

so if you're visiting with kids, it would be great to order according to your preferences.

5. Don't forget the Salad!

When you're only having seafood or BBQ,

it can feel a little heavy in the middle of your meal, right?

That's when having a salad

really freshens up your palate.

The dressing wasn't overly heavy,

and the tomatoes really brightened up the flavor.

It didn't overpower the taste of the crab sauce or grilled skewers,

and with mozzarella cheese,

it's a dish that would also go wonderfully with wine.

6. BBQ

Even though it's a famous seafood spot in Nha Trang,

it felt like a shame to only eat seafood,

so we also ordered BBQ skewers.

The meat was tender,

and you could really tell it was grilled perfectly

by the amazing smoky aroma.

One bite and I was genuinely amazed.

The seasoning wasn't too strong,

and dipping it in the two different sauces

made for delightful, distinct flavors.

There was almost no gamey smell,

and the smoky flavor that emerged with each chew

paired perfectly with beer.

Even if you have companions who aren't big fans of seafood,

there's no need to worry because of the BBQ options!
