Today, I'm sharing my 100% honest, self-funded review of the Nha Trang Fast Track service.
Before heading out on our family trip to Nha Trang,
👩🏻 Me: 'Let's not book the Fast Track.'

🧑🏻 Brother-in-law: 'We absolutely need to book the Fast Track.'
We went back and forth on this, but we finally decided to book it—and boy, am I glad we did!
It would have been a total disaster if we hadn't! 😂😂😂😂

We only used the arrival service (not departure), and we were absolutely thrilled with it.

Our trip to Nha Trang was with Eastar Jet ✈️
Even before leaving, our flight was delayed by over an hour... 😭
Since it was already a late-night flight, our resort arrival time got pushed back even further.
If it weren't for the Nha Trang Fast Track,
we would have been absolutely exhausted.
Thankfully, because of the Fast Track, our arrival at the resort
was so much faster, which was a lifesaver.

The immigration lines are notoriously long, but
this service guides you to a completely separate, dedicated line
to breeze through immigration without any waiting.
✔️ Should you book Nha Trang Fast Track?
Yes, absolutely!!!
It was worth every single penny!!!
If you are traveling with parents or kids, it's a must-do!!!

Nha Trang Fast Track
Our group was a big multi-generational family trip—
my parents, sister, brother-in-law, nephew, my husband, and me.
Booking the Nha Trang Fast Track was incredibly simple,
and we received clear guidance via notifications, making the whole process super easy.
As you walk towards immigration, you'll see massive lines forming.
Right before that area! The staff members hanging around are actually the Fast Track service agents.
Just find your service company, tell them your name,
and they'll guide you to a completely empty immigration lane.
You'll breeze through in no time!
(They kept it strictly separated so that those without a Fast Track booking
couldn't sneak into the line.)
This was the line at immigration when we arrived in Nha Trang.
It honestly looked like it would take at least 40 minutes.
(Though that 40 minutes is just my personal estimate! 😊)
And this photo only captures one angle;
there were actually way more people waiting.
If you're traveling solo or as a young couple, waiting might be fine,
but since we had parents and a child with us...
booking the Fast Track was the absolute best decision!!!
Absolutely worth every penny!!!
Since we bypassed the lines and were the very first to get through Nha Trang's Fast Track arrival,
my parents loved it and found it incredibly comfortable.
And I was so relieved that my young nephew didn't have to suffer through the long wait.
In fact, most people who sign up for the Nha Trang Fast Track
seem to be those traveling with young kids.

These prices are as of March,
and we paid for all 6 of us to use Shindo Trip!!!
Thanks to the speedy immigration process, we got out in no time, and right there
I noticed the airport currency exchange booth.
I know a lot of travelers use the airport exchange
for quick, small amounts of cash.
After breezing through the Nha Trang Fast Track arrival,
our luggage came out after a short wait, but then we ran into an even bigger problem...
hahaha 😂
Oh my gosh, the line to pass through customs on our way out was absolutely insane...
Wow, if we hadn't used the Fast Track,

▶️ AND waiting in the customs line would have been completely exhausting.
Seriously...
The line was so long I almost wondered if Vietnam was doing it on purpose
just to make people pay for customs fast tracks too.
(I hope I'm not giving them any ideas...)
Anyway, thanks to the Nha Trang Fast Track,

Nha Trang Departure Fast Track
We didn't actually book the Nha Trang Departure Fast Track!
Honestly, the lines were totally manageable when we left.
Even though the line was a bit long, it wasn't nearly as bad as arrivals, so it was perfectly fine.

Anyway, my final verdict is that booking the Nha Trang Arrival Fast Track
was an absolute lifesaver and the best decision ever!

If you're on the fence about Nha Trang Fast Track,
especially if you're traveling with kids, elderly parents, or just want to save precious vacation time, I highly, highly recommend booking the Arrival Fast Track!

The price difference was less than a dollar, with Venaja being slightly cheaper,
but we decided to go with Shindo Trip since they had a ton of solid reviews,
and everything went absolutely flawlessly! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You can find the Fast Track staff right before the waiting line starts on your way to immigration. If you tell the staff the applicant's name, they will immediately guide you to an exclusive immigration counter with no wait.
For Venaja, it is ~$8 for those aged 2 and older, and free for children under 2. For Shindotrip, it is priced at ~$9 for those 24 months and older, and free for those under 24 months.
The waiting line for departure immigration is relatively shorter than upon arrival and is manageable. Therefore, it is not strictly necessary to apply for the departure Fast Track.
Even if you finish immigration quickly with Fast Track, the waiting line to pass through customs after claiming your baggage is very long. Fast Track benefits do not apply to the customs clearance process, so you will have to wait.
I stayed at the Regalia Gold Hotel, located in downtown Nha Trang, as a cost-effective 0.5-night accommodation. Thanks to the reduced immigration time using Fast Track, I was able to arrive at the accommodation quickly even late at night.
