1. City View Window Double Room Check-in Review
The December Hotel is a brand-new building,
so the building itself felt clean, modern, and luxurious.
A 'feel-good' hotel, if you will? 😖🥰
The lobby was more grand than I expected,
and with a lounge right there, it was perfect for relaxing.
It was especially nice that it was Christmas season then,
so there was a huge tree, really setting the mood,
and they even gave us welcome drinks, making for a pleasant check-in.
The room type I stayed in was the most basic one:
the City View (Window) Double Room.
When I entered the room, I was surprised by how much more
stylish and clean it was than I had imagined.
There's a table in one corner of the room,
and I was so touched to find welcome fruits laid out! What a nice surprise!
It was perfect for enjoying snacks and beer in the evening,
The bathroom was also impeccably clean and
well-maintained without any fuss.
Complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided daily in the room,
and if you book through Peak Time,
daily breakfast is included.
Breakfast operates from 06:30 to 09:30,
but since I stayed there as a 0.5-night accommodation on my last day,
I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast.
However, this place is actually rumored to be a real breakfast hotspot.
Next time, I'll definitely stay here for a 0.5-night on my first day! I really regret missing it! ㅠㅠㅠ
Besides the room I stayed in, there are also ocean-view Sea View rooms,
and Family Rooms that can accommodate a standard of 4 people and up to 5, so please keep that in mind.
I wondered if the hotel's location might be a bit awkward? But not at all!
First off, it was great that the beach was just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation,
and right in front of the accommodation on the beach is the famous
Nha Trang beach bar called Sailing Club,
which is perfect for sitting on a bean bag and enjoying a beer at night. ✨

In particular, there were many Western tourists around the accommodation,
and local seafood restaurants abounded.
A popular spot, especially for those who've had their fill of local Nha Trang cuisine,
Mokmok Restaurant, a renowned spot for steaks and pasta,
and Nomnom Restaurant, a local favorite,
were both incredibly close, just a 1-2 minute walk away.
(OMG, if you say Mokmok backward, it sounds like Nomnom... what a fun coincidence! lol)
The airport is a 50-minute drive,
and Dam Market is a 6-minute drive.
You can easily get around by calling a Grab taxi.
What I especially loved was the rooftop infinity pool, which guests could use for free.
The pool operating hours are from 07:00 to 19:00,
starting quite early in the morning,
and it's beautifully and luxuriously decorated.
2. Overall Review
Nha Trang December Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Nha Trang that has it all: a clean, newly built property,
welcome drinks, free breakfast,
a beautiful rooftop infinity pool,
and excellent access to both the city and the beach, checking all five boxes.
This place was truly too good to be just a 0.5-night stay;
the quality was exceptional.
For those looking for a great value-for-money hotel in the city,
this is an accommodation I highly recommend.
Even if you stay for just a 0.5-night on your first day,
I highly recommend capturing some amazing photos at the pool early in the morning,
then enjoying a hearty breakfast,
and indulging in a 'hotel-cation' before heading to your resort. 😊🪄
